We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights; it was worth the money. And the pool is nice, my baby enjoyed it so much.

Very excellent experience! Our room was also upgraded. Special mention to ms. Melody for assisting us in our request and going on extra mile by sending us cake and fruits for our anniversary. To CJay and Chris for accommodating us and assisting us since it is our first time in Hyatt. And to Matt who was very hospitable and very accommodating lifeguard on duty at Nobu, when we stayed on the pool side in the afternoon. Will definitely stay again at COD in the future!

Nice clean place. Lots of restaurants (albeit pricey), bar items inside the room are free, but no outside food is allowed even deliveries, except if you buy it from a restaurant within the hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff.

I had travelled around the globe , and first time in Hyatt Regency Manila , City of dreams that as a guest of Hyatt Manila , every time we go out and come back to the hotel we are scanned and screened again and again like airport which is very inconvenient for hotel guests like us because ****** players have the same entrance with hotel guest . Food not allowed to bring inside the hotel too , once food is seen in the scanning machine . They will take away from you. Food in the hotel is very very expensive . Hotel guest should have another entrance from ****** players . Soo many security guards like they are police and looks like very safe and secured but I feel that it isn’t safe to walk around the premises even with a lot of security guards around the place BGC is more safe to stay and Okada hotel if you would like luxury stay .

Was okay but felt like the service was a bit lacking, perhaps because they were a bit understaffed. The bar in the lobby is nice.

great location though the hotel is quite strict about a lot of things such as bringing in outside food and pool usage. the room is spacious and clean but the bathroom has a weird smell.

From the moment we left the vehicle to our room, we were welcomed and assisted by the staff. Our 3rd time and for sure we’ll be back for another stay.

This hotel has been my favorite since I have started travelling. Staff have good manners, the room is clean, amenities / facilities are well maintainee, and the service is exceptional not to mention the freebies which really put a smile on my face. I would love to book more days if ai got extra budget. My whole family enjoyed our stay
