It’s ok. The room was small but it was ok. The mini bar is Not Free! Which they only told me on checkout! After helping myself. Easy location.

Great location as the hotel is just next to the opera and Lafayette. Many restaurants and shop nearby. I got a lot of souvenirs from manop (the supermarket located on the corner nearby) The air condition is not working well so we got the free breakfast. Good problem solving from the staff

The location is perfect. But the air conditioner is not working well. its so hot in summer.

The front desk are friendly and helpful. But is extremely noisy throughout the night.

I had a great time in this hotel during Paris 2024 Olympics. The receptionist Bibel is exceptionally professional, kind and helpful, he reminded me the Marathon Street arrangement before I started my visit, and telling me where to buy the souvenirs. He also upgraded my room because it was my birthday =) The room itself is very clean, tidy, spacious, the viewing is good, with air-conditioning during the hottest summer time!

Nice clean small hotel, good air con. The only thing the elevator is pretty small only fits for 1 person with luggages.

The service staff is very good.

The location was superb, close walking distance to subway stations and just next door with the major department stores. Clean but small room, with great service. Nice eateries nearby too. Highly recommended!

Convenient location, very close by Galerie Lafayette. Metro transportation not too far away as well.

Hotel lobby is welcoming and clean; great location and is close to the Louvre, about 10min walk away.

Everything was good including room. So near to effiel tower too. Easy to move around at the location too. Will stay the next time. Supermarket and train is just round the corner too.

Very nice place sizable room and very welcoming and nice staff Location was 1 min away from lafayette department store. One thing was a little bit of musky smell in the room. But very clean and overall nice

The hotel was small, but it was clean and I had a comfortable stay. The bath towels were fluffy and comfortable. The hotel staff were also very friendly.
