GGuest UserWe enjoyed one night at this gorgeous hotel! This was a quick holiday getaway for myself and my teen daughters. The hotel facilities are top notch with beautiful decor and amazing views and location. We enjoyed the pianist in the lobby, drink up check in, easy valet service and storage of luggage while we walked around downtown before leaving. The staff were overall extremely friendly with only a few exceptions that were just mediocre. The room had lots of seating which was nice as well as soft blankets on the bottom of the beds, although the blankets looked as if they needed a wash with some spots of things so unfortunately could not use. We enjoyed hanging out by the fireplace and being able to walk to the beautiful scenery of the river, great shopping, and food options such as Gather GVL food hall and ice cream at Marble Slab. And I was thrilled the cute little holiday market right outside the hotel was open for us to shop around and grab some great smelling holiday candles. Breakfast at Between the Trees was amazing - highly recommend the omelets and blueberry pancakes!

GGuest UserThe staff was friendly they even let us check in an hour early. The room was fairly clean, but the bathroom was not so the tub was very dingy, had a patchy spot in the tub, and the door knob looked like they hurried up and replaced them before we got there cause one knob was silver and the other was gold. I was very shocked at my experience with holiday inn Express because I always book with them wherever I travel and this is the first one I ever was disappointed with.

SSusan ReddThe accommodations were wonderful but we were disappointed that there is not a free breakfast buffet anymore and the breakfast options you can pay for are all prepackaged and warmed in a microwave. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel after speaking to the breakfast associate. She was so kind and honest and we appreciated that.

EEdwin323The hotel is relatively new, the location is good, there are Target, Panda express nearby, there are gyms, restaurants, etc.
Breakfast is in the form of order (non-self-service), not bad
Also the hotel has laundry room, download the CSCPAY APP to get a $5 laundry coupon for washing and drying clothes once
Overall good, will come again next time

LLeashley EllisPerfect location and convenient to many spots from fun to food for date stays or family. My only negative would be the fact certain rooms are literally pool rooms and I witnessed two different moments where only selected parents were rudely addressed about ALL the children (even ones not with them) being loud in the pool due to complaints and was verbally informed that it was a privilege for them to be at the pool until closing which is at 11pm! Other than that being addressed incorrectly I’ll say it’s a great spot, just don’t take your kids to the pool because if they get too loud the pool will close early for “maintenance” bs!

MMissy opinionsI rented a room for my daughter and her bridal party to get dressed for a “pub crawl” in downtown Greenville for her bachelorette party. There was ample room in the bathroom for several younger women to get dressed, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, the location was perfect, and the “girls” had a fantastic time!

SsukixiongThe room was very satisfied, the breakfast was satisfactory, but the service was not satisfied. I made a mistake in my order several times. I paid online. After arriving at the store, I should have to pay a deposit, but the front desk asked me to pay the room fee. I said that I had already paid online. When they said that they had to pay so much, Later, I paid, and finally gave me a repeat deduction, complained to their manager where, and then returned it to me, the key is to wait a long time to deal with it.

Eeagledanceright on the hiway folks, very noisy traffic scene fyi. the bathroom fan is on motion sensor as is the light which can be brain blitzes in the middle of the night. its a motel, so loud voices on the balcony walkway outside the door can be like alarm clocks. but hey, its a nice clean little room and this nonsmoker approves. no nourishmebt on the premise,
