The hotel location is very perfect, and easy to go to anywhere in old quarter. I like stay in here cause easy to go to pub, eating place, spa, and so many shop and eateries in here. But the very important thing is cindy because she is friendly and care to us and to the people stay in here and every morning she come to breakfast area and coming to our table too in the breakfast time and asking what we need for breakfast and anything we need for breakfast and in the hotel and chit chat with us. Before we going to airport and she give us 2 gift of this coffee. All the staff in this hotel very help and friendly and room boy helps us to bring our luggage to lobby hotel. Only 1 things this hotel need to improve is the gym, cause the gym don't have many equipment for doing the gym. Everything is perfect, keep going with your service. We will come back again to this hotel when we come to hanoi again. Thanks you all staff and cindy and this hotel splendid premium hotel. 👍👍👍

As like the photos, comfortable apartment. Security guard experienced and will provide all necessary info and uses Google translate to communicate. Next to Ministry of Defence, so it is a pretty clean, quiet corner. Very walkable to old quarters. Enjoyed the stay.

Host • Very friendly, honest, and attentive. • Always smiling and ready to help. • It was truly pleasant to say goodbye in person — you can feel the genuine care for guests. 2. Location • Convenient area with everything you need nearby. • Quiet, safe, and comfortable for long-term living. 3. Comfort & Atmosphere • Both apartments are clean, bright, and cozy. • Thoughtful lighting and interior details create a warm, relaxing environment. • The view from the window is especially inspiring. • Feels very much like home. 4. Space (Studio & Larger Apartment) Studio: • Compact yet perfectly functional. • Great for short stays or calm remote work. Larger Apartment: • Spacious, with multiple zones for work and relaxation. • You can choose a spot depending on your mood: • the sofa, • comfortable chairs, • dining table, • a proper workstation with two ergonomic chairs, • or the balcony. • As artists, we truly appreciated the aesthetic and ergonomic design. 5. Kitchen & Equipment • Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for proper cooking. • Includes: • dishes, • knives, • cutting board, • stove, • pots and pans, • all essential cooking utensils. • Cooking was easy and enjoyable. 6. Laundry & Practical Amenities • A washing machine is available, which is perfect for long stays. • Clothes drying area is on the balcony, so laundry dries quickly and smells fresh. • The bathroom is well-equipped and everything works perfectly. 7. Additional Advantages • Excellent conditions for work, sport, and personal development. • A gym nearby, which we enjoyed visiting regularly. • The courtyard of the complex is beautifully designed and features: • multiple children’s playgrounds, • game areas, • fountains, • benches, • several outdoor pools with sun loungers. • Inside the complex, there is also a wonderful indoor swimming pool. • Wi-Fi worked very well throughout our entire stay. • A perfect balance of price, comfort, and overall quality. 8. Overall Impression We sincerely recommend these apartments. They are perfect for both short and long-term stays. We felt incredibly comfortable and are truly grateful to the host for such a warm and thoughtful experience. We will remember this place with great warmth and will gladly return when we come back to Hanoi!

What a great location in the middle of the hustle in bustle! This hotel is a family owned and operated business. We met the owners son and wife who manage the property and they are lovely people and give great recommendation. Check-in was quick and seamless. They greeted us with welcome tea and gave us a map with a thorough briefing of the best places to eat and visit. They even ran our luggage up and had someone turn the AC on before we got in our room so it would be cool upon entry. The room was cozy and the bed had a supportive mattress but I am partial to the hard beds of Asia. Breakfast was at the top in a beautiful space and they made your eggs to order. I only wish the shower door did a better job of keeping the water in. We tried to book them after our HaLong Bay cruise canceled but sadly they were fully booked. We will be back!
