Close to the outlet mall, so this is the reason we choose this hotel. There is no way this is a 4 stars.... The check inn was quick, room with a view to the highway. Lack of air in the room and in the whole building, temperature set on high and the fact that we closed the air blow in the room did not help as the window can't be properly opened, only a few centimeters . The room is very basicly furnished, closet is too small and there are no accesories in the bathroom. No shower cap no body lotion, ear sticks, paper napkins...nothing . At 4 stars? Breakfast was diverse but only low quality products, coffee from nachine made from chemicals, no fresh squeezed orange juice The price of this hotel is verg high with no justification.

It's 3.5 but tripadvisor doesn't allow half a point I guess. Overall the hotel is clean and new, the staff was friendly and location relative to the outlet shopping area is great, also plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. Two things bothered me however: 1) there is no closet or a wardrobe in the room, it's like they are telling you don't stay for more than couple days, and for a hotel where most people stay are shoppers, I find it very weird not to have a place to put away your clothes or shopping 2) there is no safe in the room, I mean come on, this is basic stuff, so now I have to carry my valuables with me whenever I leave the room, again very inconvenient Overall it is a good hotel, could be a lit better if they addressed items above.

Two things bothered me however: 1) there is no closet or a wardrobe in the room, it's like they are telling you don't stay for more than couple days, and for a hotel where most people stay are shoppers, I find it very weird not to have a place to put away your clothes or shopping 2) there is no safe in the room, I mean come on, this is basic stuff, so now I have to carry my valuables with me whenever I leave the room, again very inconvenient Overall it is a good hotel, could be a lit better if they addressed items above.

Close to the outlet mall, so this is the reason we choose this hotel. There is no way this is a 4 stars.... The check inn was quick, room with a view to the highway. Lack of air in the room and in the whole building, temperature set on high and the fact that we closed the air blow in the room did not help as the window can't be properly opened, only a few centimeters . The room is very basicly furnished, closet is too small and there are no accesories in the bathroom. No shower cap no body lotion, ear sticks, paper napkins...nothing . At 4 stars? Breakfast was diverse but only low quality products, coffee from nachine made from chemicals, no fresh squeezed orange juice The price of this hotel is verg high with no justification.

Overall the hotel is clean and new, the staff was friendly and location relative to the outlet shopping area is great, also plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from.
