The hotel is conveniently located 5-10 minutes walk from the airport (NAiaT3). The hotel was just okay for a transfer ,nothing exceptional or memorable. The hotel staff was really helpful and always ready to help. Our room had small bugs moving around on beds and on the floor ,but the hotel staff was able to spray some pesticide and it was sorted . If you love shopping there is mall around the hotel and lots of restaurants.

The hotel provided a satisfactory experience overall. While nothing stood out as exceptional, the service was adequate and the amenities met basic expectations. However, there was nothing memorable or outstanding to warrant a return visit.

We've been in holiday inn express in other countries but Our first time in holiday inn express her in in Ph. Smooth transaction and staff and crew are all nice and accommodating. Recommended!

Very convenient place , near to the mall and airport . Definitely i will go back to this hotel for my next vacation.

Its a great place and location to stay. Near airport and lots of restaurants outside the hotel also it’s walking distance from mall. Highly Recommended.

This is our first stay here since 2018 and although renovations have been made in 2019, the hotel could be taken care of better. Pros location is five stars since it’s near the airport and right across the street from the ****** and mall. McDonald’s is just right downstairs and it’s open 24 hours. Cons: rooms are somewhat neglected as can be seen by furniture condition. One of our rooms also had subpar drainage in the shower. For some weird reason, I stayed at the Holiday Inn express in Bangkok and had similar issues. My overall state was short anyway, so it didn’t really matter too much, but there is certainly some things at the hotel can improve.

Near to the NAia T3. Friendly and easy check in and buffet staffs. The room carpet smells a little odd, u need to use room slippers cause there was a sharp object in some area of the floor. The pillows need to be replaced asap. The floor in the shower area was moldy.need to be brushed. Room design was ok for 3 heads. Need to be refurbished.

Great option for short overnight stay if you have layover in Manila. All basic amenities, clean, friendly staff. Don’t count on breakfast too much/ way too crowded and not much choice, but again, it good enough to grab something before the flight. There is a big shopping mall, McDonalds, 7-11 right next door. Overall nice stay

Quite average overall, if you stay overnight near the airport is ok, otherwise not convenient to stay here. Close to the ******s

The room was spacious, kept clean up and staff were so helpful and friendly. We had a great stay in this hotel and we’ll definitely book again next time.

Nice express checkout feature. Newport city has a bridge that conveniently allows you to go to the airport
