"location excellent, food was good, amenities n service were good. Experienced problem at the time of checkout as far as UPI payment is concerned. I paid through gpay, which shows payment complete, but they didn't receive it. They didn't even check the bank statement properly. They hold us n we had to pay cash. After a huge conversation over fone, today I received the money back after returning kolkata on 15th. This is ridiculous. "

"Pleasant clean ambience. Clean rooms. Very caring and helpful staff. Only thing is they don’t have a room service for food. You need to arrange your food yourself. There’s no restaurant also. But there’s a very nice south indian restaurant nearby called 7 to 9, to ey have good tasty food."
