We stayed there for 4 nights. The whole experience was amazing. It was the best hotel we stayed at in Indonesia. The stagg were so friendly and tok care of us. We got lots of free snacks and drinks by the pool and the whole atmosphere was excelent. Food was fresh and good and rooms very clean and tidy. The view from the restaurant in the morning was speachless. We also tried the snorkeling with the pink boat and it was so beautiful and luxurious yet the price was low. Enjoyed every second of our stay. Would love to stay there much longer!

We are currently staying at this lovely hotel, the staff are brilliant and super friendly, nothing is to much trouble for any of them and any need or questions are quickly seen to and always with a smile. We had problems making our check in dates due to bad weather but the lovely edinga(sorry if spelling is wrong) who runs the place, kept in touch all the way, and made sure our booking was kept. It's been 16 years since we visited gili air and have brought our 14 year old to show him the island, we were given adjoining rooms with shared balcony. The rooms are spotless and the beds are super comfy. The breakfasts delicious and the pool and grounds are very well kept. We as a family love it here with beachfront location and a pool table for the teenager. What's not to like. I would definately recommend staying here too anyone thinking about it. A lovely friendly place to stay.

The room is good! But the breakfast is too simple! Very Western style! More snacks! Open-air restaurant, you must take a bit of it! Otherwise, the flies eat faster than you!

i was with my family trip from Australia, Canberra, it was very cool place to stop by and very comfortable stay. We watching movie with other guest that held every night and the staff at restaurant is very helpful, also when we checkout the manager Mr eldy is very wish we are coming back next year, we hope so! thankyou very much -Karl

What a wonderful hotel! This place really ticks all the boxes, I had the most amazing, peaceful and relaxing stay here. The staff were so friendly, helpful and genuine - they remember everyone’s names and are always there to help. The room was fresh, clean and such a comfy bed and pillows. I didn’t hear the mosque at all from my room it was so peaceful. The pool and gardens are kept immaculate, the staff are constantly tidying and gardening and it really is beautiful. Food and drinks also excellent, breakfast choices are vast and I had dinner at the hotel 3 times and it was lovely and very well priced. The location is right near the harbour so easy to get to and you can walk or cycle anywhere. I will definitely be back next year!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The room itself was basic, but it was clean. However, the air conditioning wasn’t the best and there was an occasional horrible smell. I suspect it was because the rooms are wooden with high ceilings, making it difficult to cool efficiently. The bathroom was partially open to the elements and showed signs of wear and tear. From a distance, the pool looked gorgeous, but up close, it didn't seem as clean as I would have liked. On a positive note, the bar and restaurant were great. They had live music on some nights until 10 pm, which added to the atmosphere. The cocktails were quite good as well. One thing to note is that we stayed at the back of the grounds, and we could hear the call to prayer five times a day starting at 5 am. My husband managed to sleep through it, but you can hear it, although it's not too loud. Despite these issues, I have to say that the hotel offered good value for money. Its location, just a 6-minute walk from the harbor, was very convenient. In terms of ratings, I'd give the rooms and pool a 3.5 out of 5. However, the staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly, and they deserve a 5 out of 5. Their hospitality really made the stay enjoyable.

Basically, there are homestays on the air island. This one is really good, and the rooms in the first-class environment are quite fine! The boss, the younger brother, is very enthusiastic. My children and the elderly got lost at night, and the younger brother summoned everyone to help find! Disadvantages: There are few choices for breakfast, and it is relatively simple! The hotel is not close to the sea!

Amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Greeting us on arrival with fresh coconut juice and friendly conversation. We stayed at the one bedroom villa for four nights. The villa is beautiful, with a big private pool, kitchen, and sitting area. The room is open air, very well ventilated, with a mosquito net around the bed and a fan that blows directly on the bed from inside the net. There is even an AC unit behind the fan for extra comfort, although we found it unnecessary to use. The bathroom is clean and large with a freshwater shower and even hot water! I expected bugs would be a problem, but was surprised by how few were around. The staff brought breakfast to our villa each morning at the time we requested along with hot fresh coffee. (French press coffee. Not instant.) The staff even offered free laundry service for us! Aari, the staff member who catered to us during our stay, is passionate about vegan cooking and offered to give us cooking lessons during our stay. All the staff spoke fluent English and another staff member mentioned he speaks French as well. We could not have asked for a more perfect and restful location.
