Best Pet friendly Hotels in Fenghuang

Stayed 3 nights from 10-13/04/2025. The view from the Hotel Balcony was simply fanstastic. They also picked us up from Qifeng Square, helped carried our luggage. They also helped us booked a taxi grim the hotel to Fenghuang Gucheng Railway Station. Thanks to 2 very friendly staff, Mr Yang and Mr Loong. Breakfast was adequate

The boss upgraded our room to a room with larger balcony due to 4 pax of us. Very good value for money stay at FengHuang town here, direct access to the attractions spots, iconic bridge and stepping stone. We have some difficulties to call taxi to return to the high speed rail station and the boss offers his help. The boss is really a nice guy, highly recommended!

Traveled in December, it was nice for us as there wasn’t a lot of people. Really easy to communicate with them through Wechat. They got us a car for train station pick up and drop off. Upon arriving, someone came out to get us. It’s a flight of stairs down first (they offer to help with luggage) but would say to pack light because we were struggling. It’s a couple minutes walk to the place, I believe they have two, so depends which one they bring you to? We got the connecting rooms via balcony. It was nice because it was two rooms and each room had its own bathroom. We were able to see the water bridge (I believe) right outside the balcony which was nice. Good thing we were just on the first floor so with our luggages, stairs wasn’t too bad. Since it was not peak season, even with the bar nearby, it was not too loud for us at night. There’s some restaurants and photoshoot shops nearby as well. We did the photoshoot store right next to this stay and it was just ok for reference, feel like you can get cheaper elsewhere. Everything was pretty clean but there were some issues. Since it was December, it was cold. And when we first arrived, there was no hot water (just all freezing cold water). They said water heater was just cleaned or something when I asked. They said hot water should be back at night but our water when we showered wasn’t too promising. And then the heater was barely warming up the room so we were basically freezing. We took out all our jackets and all and we were still cold. Our room door to the balcony window was also broken which I was frustrated at first since it was cold, no hot water, heater not working, cold air blowing in. They eventually fixed it and I did appreciate the lady giving us portable heaters for the room to use. Overall, I think it’s not a bad place.

We are from Thailand, self-guided travel with family. We spent 1 night here in 2 separated rooms. Location 10/10 : We love it here. This hotel is not in the heart of the village area but it's just perfect. It's on the west wing but not too west, you can easily reach the center by walking. And this area is not very loud as center that has many pub and bar. The street behind the hotel has many store such as drugstore, convenient store and simple restaurant. Service 9/10 : The hotel maids here are very strong. They helped carry the luggage up to your room and give the advice. They can also recommend restaurant and activity to you if you ask. Cleanliness 9/10 : They did well both inside the room and public area. Even the terrace and balcony. The hotel look new and modern inside too. Facilities 9/10 : This room is on the 3rd floor. It's the room with balcony. We can sit and see the scenery. Very relax there. They provide the helpful service in pick up and drop off too.

Hotel is located by Nanhua bridge. It is easy to find, just 300 metre from main road. The lady is very helpful and staffs are helpful. Bed and pillows are comfy. Aircondition is quiet and good temperature. Hotel provided slipper, shoes, hairdryer, amenities. At night you can near the noise from restarants and early morning, you can hear a voice from tour group. Overall, worth to pay.

When we arrived they showed us our room and offered an upgrade to a bigger room. But as we were happy with the original room we just stayed with that option regardless of there being no view from the window. But what we didn’t know was the view we had led directly into another building and every sound from the neigbourbuilding could be heard. It seems like they have children and it was super noisy in the mornings and evenings. We wished we upgraded in the beginning but after we found out we had already unpacked and didn’t want to pack and unpack again. The room itself was just okay. Close to a very pretty bridge but as it is located at the end of the scenic area going to the other side is kind of far. The stay was still pleasant and they lent us an umbrella.

Service is tip top! Boss will welcome you from the taxi drop off point and also send you off. They provide free freshly grounded coffee, and recommended good restaurants which served really delicious dishes. Room is really clean and we really spent a nice time chilling at the balcony area. We were given souvenirs when we checked out. Though the room is a bit small with no extra space, the friendliness of the lady boss and boss made up for this and made this a really pleasant stay.

The hotel is located upstream of the ancient city, 1.5 kilometers away from the ancient city. It is quiet enough. The room is quite large, with a bathtub and a smart toilet, but the toilet door is too close to the cabinet and cannot be fully opened. The breakfast is also relatively simple. I don’t know if it is because of the off-season. The best thing is the service. The hotel has a special car to send to the ancient city gate. The location of the hotel is nice, it’s close to everything but not quite in the midst of all the loud bars and restaurants. The rooms themselves were fine, although the walls were a bit dirty, and much of the tile could have used more caulking. The entire counter of our sink moved if bumped. Also, there was something not quite right with our shower head. However, the bed was comfortable and you can’t just beat the view from the balcony. The owner was helpful when I took the initiative to add them on wechat as well. They gave us recommendations for food and advised us on where to do the river boat ride. Overall, a fine place to stay for a night in Fenghuang.

Our stay was very convenient and we are happy for staying here! The view is outstanding, everything is near, the staff members are really helpful! They helped us send luggage, do laundry and tell directions. We has an insect on the first night and the staff came to take care of it, also, the air conditioner was great! In our room and in the bathroom, it was warm during the cold time. We loved the space in the room. We had a lot of luggage and there was no elevator. A bit challenging, and the staff helped us carry our luggage
