This location is in the nicer side of Phoenix. It was very clean and comfortable. After hours, you must use your room key to even enter the lobby, so it felt really safe. The rooms are really spacious and cozy. The beds have a dial that you can choose how soft or firm you would like it, which I thought was super cool. The shower was also really nice! I normally dislike hotel showers because they never have good water pressure or get cold quick. We had our own balcony with a nice view of the beautiful pool. The pool was heated and has a nice waterfall and bonfire at night. There’s vending machines and food and drinks for order in the lobby. It’s also super close to a ton of restaurants and stores. Over all everything was really nice. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phoenix!

I stayed in the hotel and I found my car could not be started. I asked the Front desk gentle*** for help, and he was really nice to help me to call the Roadside service. Meanwhile, he informed the duty ***ager to help me. The duty ***ager took my key and went to the car. and He helped me to start the car. I had the hand brake on , so the car could not auto start, so this time I was learning. and thanks for the hotel kind help

I'm traveling across America from Florida to California and have been staying with motel 6 4 nights in a row and also have in the pass many years ago and have never been disappointed with them until today!! I've booked online prices with confirmation numbers and everything. Drove 10 hours to come to rude customer service. I don't know who blindly hired her but small blonde girl with an attitude even though we both was being nice to her. Started out with I handed her my ID and she snatched it and slammed it back on the desk to me and gave me a different price. I told her I have a reservation here and a confirmation number and showed her a photo copied of what I had booked and still rudely wouldn't give it to me and quoted a different price. It's like what part don't you understand !? What's the point of booking online and having a confirmation number?? No explanation just rolling eyes and demands her quoted price. Thank goodness my husband was tired of her rudeness and told me to leave. So we went next door for a better place at the Red Roof Inn which on a Friday had a better deal, nice customer service, pet friendly, clean and even had fridge, microwave, free wifi and a much better room that I can check in right away instead of having to wait over an hour for a room that was pre booked like Motel 6!! Disappointed at this motel 6 and glad I didn't pay with my hard earn dollar for low service. I travel alot so will have to think again.

Had booked our room on booking.com and received a confirmation number. Two women at the counter and it took both of them to take care of one customer. So I waited and when I gave them my name and confirmation number they said I wasn't in the system. I've heard this happening from other reviewers at other hotels. We ended up paying more for a smaller room. Although the room was satisfactory, it was run down and some might call it ”a dump”. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Bit of road noise but solid walls and halls quiet. Area seemed ”sketchy”. There were homeless men in the street and on sidewalk. We discovered a tent camp next to the parking lot. Not the best area but we felt safe. I just can't recommend this hotel and will never stay in a Red Roof Inn again. I'd say this was okay if you're looking for a budget hotel, but we didn't pay a budget price. Stay away!!
