The hotel is near the beach, the food was good at the restaurant, the only issue is the room: there is a window but the view is a wall and there is annoying noise with unknown source

We liked everything! The room was very nice for a family with two children! The best beach is 150 meters away. The breakfast was also good!

Friendly hotel, a short walk from the beach and conveniently located near some local supermarket. Staff were friendly, breakfast was nice only drawback is no public transport close.

The family suite room is big and clean, and the shower pressure in the bathroom is good as well. All the staff at the reception counter were helpful and friendly. The daily breakfast buffet provided was acceptable. The hotel is very near to Khem Beach, and the street is quiet at night. Overall, my 5-day stay was good, except for the noise disturbance in the early morning which could have been due to the renovation works at the time. Some of the local hotel guests were talking loudly at night.

Noise

Location near the beach. The room is large and spacious, high ceilings and doorways, comfortable bed. There is a kettle and a refrigerator with paid drinks. Upon arrival, hair was found on the bed and dirt near the bed. It would be better to wash it than to lay out letters from leaves. Dusty windows and debris outside the window on the wall ledges, stick cigarette butts into the cracks of the wall decor. Cleaning and linen change every day. We are happy with the subsequent cleaning. Poor sound insulation in the corridor, there are many rooms on the floor, noisy. The elevator doors open onto a restaurant-dining room where the exhaust ventilation does not work well. There is a swimming pool on the ground floor. The staff is pleasant and responsive.

The hotel is not bad, it's an honest 3* From bad, no, terrible!! These are toothbrushes and shampoo/gel, it’s better to take your own! If you are not picky about food and don’t want to run somewhere forever, see the surroundings, but just want to chill on the beach, this is the right option! The beach is clean, but only next to the Marriott resort, if you go in the other direction from it, there is shame and disgrace, it looks like the owners of the cafes should clean up there, but they don’t care about the beach, but workers regularly go near the Marriott and clean up. There is no infrastructure (2 small grocery stores and 2 souvenir shops. 3 shops with street food and fresh juices and only 4 cafes where you can eat. A 20-minute walk away from the sea, there is a Vietnamese area where you can eat and buy fruit, but there only locals, you won’t meet many foreigners... this is our first hotel on Phu Quoc island, we have now moved to another area, we will compare)

The hotel is quite new, located on Khem beach. The beach is beautiful with white sand and beautiful palm trees. Breakfast is modest, not worthy of 4 stars. At lunch and dinner you can eat in the hotel restaurant. The area is slowly coming to life. New shops and services appear nearby.

Fukuoka's problem is the lack of an average price segment. What passes for 3 or 4 stars is in fact a maximum of 2. The Paralia Hotel is no exception. Pros: close to the beach, location in the tourist area. There is a kettle in the room. Normal air conditioner. Giant bed. There is an A** nearby. The neighboring hotel has a paid normal swimming pool. Inexpensive taxi. Good breakfast. Cons: the rooms are very small, the area seems to be indicated optimistically. For a family with one child, a regular room is not enough. There is nowhere to put things in the room. At all. There is some sort of open wardrobe without shelves where you can hang 6-8 items of clothing. In the lobby of the hotel massage parlour-very strange. Near the reception there is an outdoor swimming pool. Also strange. The pool is shallow. It looks like the pool is needed as a fact to write 4 stars. At the end of our stay, it turned green. There is one shop. There are no formal stores anywhere. There is nowhere to eat for real money. Prices are sometimes just space. The restaurant in the hotel also does not match the quality. The hotel restaurant staff does not speak English. Says the woman at the reception and bellboy. The feeling of total savings on everything. Even toilet paper is standard here. In general, the area itself is completely new. But the buildings are not inhabited and are closed without finishing. In the evening you walk along the deserted streets. Cleaning on demand.
