The location is really very convenient, the sea is 2 minutes away, the breakfast is good, and the price-quality ratio is excellent. I really enjoyed everything.

Watching the fireworks was still a nice touch, and the room was clean too.

1: the view from the room was just a stone wall!!!! That’s very degrading!!!! 2: the food are in the morning was not clean and not maintained as per standards!!! Plates were old and stained…..limited options for breakfast in the given money range!!!

Terrible hotel. Avoid it if you wanna save your vacation. We left 2 nights early because we couldn't take this place anymore. The cleaning is terrible. To the point that we come back to the room after cleaning to find dirty coffee mugs, hair in the floor and dirty toilet (that by the way wasn't dirty before). The rooms are uncomfortable. Everything is make to be as cheap as possible. To the fact they glue the lamps and give you 1 toilet roll a day. The food is absolutely terrible. No taste, rotten fruit, no milk for coffee, cold sup and cold coffee. If you are vegetarian you will stay hungry. Even the rice has neat, and when I asked to get at least white plain rice so I'm not hungry they refused. My parents arrived to get a room with a window facing a wall. It was not mentioned and hidden in the photos. They refused to help or take responsibility. Only after booking interfered they got another room. There was construction right near us, starting at 7.30 in the morning. And of course, nobody had told us that this was going to happen or apologized for it. The service is unhelpful and rude. The staff refuses to help, doesn't smile or say hello. They speak terrible English and make no effort to improve any complaint. I asked to see a manager and always got the response the manager isn't there. When we said we are leaving early, because the conditions are unacceptable, nobody agreed to help us in any way, apologized or took any kind of responsibility. The only compensation we ever got was from TRIP, for one night, but nothing from the hotel. only plus side - close to the beach

A great hotel, with a nice family room. On the plus side, it's a five-minute walk to the beach, good breakfasts, and friendly staff. On the downside, the windows overlook the wall (I always wanted to sleep), poor sound insulation, and you can hear people walking in the hallway and in the next room.

Good location near the beach. Value to price. Staffs are very helpful and polite. Rooms are average but Air conditioning needs to be improved. Complimentary breakfast is good.

Food in the hotel restaurant(Pansy Coffee&Bistro) isn’t good,quality is low. Pizza it’s a frozen pizza from supermarket they just make it hot there,menu is very week. We didn’t have a hot water in the room many times, just last day we had a warm water. Hair dryer isn’t comfortable. Staff of the hotel is good,they always help if you ask them 🙂

Can’t give 5 to this one. It was okay, but… I can name a good stuff first. - Very cheap price per night. It is very clean I must say. The stuff is really polite and they speak English. Breakfast was okay. It is a quiet place to be, no noise at all. The beach next to the hotel is best ever. Beautiful, clean and not so crowded beach. Whole area is very clean and safe. But there are a lot of small stuff that are not good. Most important thing: the market, massage place and a restaurant in the same Paralia building are overpriced. They charge double and even triple price for some stuff. If you go to other beach, or to Phu Quoc town, you can see the normal prices. Renting a bike is 150k for one day. But if you go to the main street of island, you can rent it for 60-80k. Room was very very small, two beds and a small passage between. Soap and shower gels are tiny, you can literally use it for once or twice and it is gone. Telephone is not working. They will give you the towels for the beach, but those towels are totally torn apart and full of stains. Hotel is placed in the new made “European city” which is totally empty. Nothing around it. There are 50 buildings there, but only 10 of those are active. All in all, if you like a quiet place, not crowded, you can check this hotel and this part of the island. But if you stay a couple of days on the island and explore everything else. You can see there is a better offer around.

I had a good stay at Paralia. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is great and is just a short walk to the beach. There are a lot of restaurants and massage spas in the area. For the price, it was very good. I didn't have breakft, but my friend did. She said the breakftcould have been better quality and the area for breakfast could be cleaner.

We stayed at the hotel for just one day to visit the Khem beach and i honestly think the location is fantastic and also the staff were friendly which made me feel comfortable. If i visit the beach again i would definitely consider booking the same hotel.
