Since I am not asian, they had the sensibility to offer me an american stile breakfast. It was more then I could ever expect from them ! Clean rooms and very confortable and calm place. The room feel dated. Air con is too cold and we weren't able to turn it down, so I had to wake up at night to turn the a/c off, then repeat through out the night. Breakfast buffet is quite good with both American breakfast and local choices. The pool is very nice. You can access the pool with out stepping out of the room. My kid enjoy the in-pool slide very much, which make me feel a lot better after having to wake up a few times during the night. I was going to give this hotel a 4 stars, until we found one cockroach in our room.

This hotel requires a lot of improvements. That being said, we spent more time out then using the facilities. Check in process: We arrived at 12:30pm, asked if we could check in earlier which they advised it won’t be ready for 40mins. We came back 40mins later after having our welcome drink (which was purple dyed coconut water in a martini glass). He said it won’t be ready for an hour so we left the hotel to walk about. It’s now 14:10 (check in time is 14:00 so you’d think it would be ready), we were told to wait another 20mins. We finally checked in at 14:30. Food: We only had breakfast at the Hotel as we were so close to Old Town, it didn’t make sense to eat at the hotel and there’s a 7/11 near by for snacks. Breakfast was not great. Food was bland, options were very limited. My husband and I didn’t eat much, we were only there to make sure our kids could eat a bit of fruits and pastries. House keeping: They do not sweep, we know this because our son would bring croissant back and the crumbs were still there after they’ve come in to replenish our towels. Reception: They were lovely and informative. Most of the above feedback were out of their control. Swimming Pool: The pool beds looked and felt a bit out dated, I have stayed in 4 star hotels in Phuket that were in better conditions than this 5 star hotel. That being said my kids still had a lot of fun in them. Location: Not walking distance from Old Town but close enough that the taxi’s only cost up 150baht each way. I’ll unlikely stay here again nor would I recommend the hotel to our friends and family. It was ok but not great.

Hotel is old but upgrated/renovated in 2021. Very comfortable bed and spaces room. Cleanliness need to improve in the room specially the bathroom. Love the fully equip gym here, clean and no smell. What I love most here is the hotel staff. They really make us feel like home here......so so warm,helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to the front desk Mai, Bus, New, Poppy and Juliet. Bellhop/security Peek, Plong, Arm and Dom. The manager Miss Moss also very helpful and friendly. Hotel is so lucky to have them.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean and is very clean and comfortable. I returned to it because in my previous visit I was welcomed with kindness and great willingness by the manager at Reception this year I regrettably found no longer her to welcome me because she died a few days before my own I was very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable. Available boiler with coffee choice and the replaced every day as every day I found two bottles of free water in the room. Washing available Hair Dry in the room. A very spacious bathroom with shower , set of courtesy available every day , such as towel change. Location in a quiet area just below Phuket Belvedere , 10 minutes walk from the stop by the buses that lead to the beaches of Patong or Kata and Karon. At the same time walking to the city centre ( descending to 2 light bulbs turn left. For buses ship for the beach always descending to 3 light bulbs always left ) So the Khao Rang Place is the best place to stay in Phuket Town . Excellent quality price ratio. Super recommended ! But then bad start very good. We booked a normal room. Unfortunately, we were first brought into a room in which apparently a short time before was a water damage. It smelled insupportable muffy and many of the furniture were cool. I asked for another room and got it next to it. That was not really better, but it smells less bad. After a bad night at the smell and noise of the street we asked again for a new room and I proposed an upgrade. We could then eventually move to a quiet and renovated room. This room was very wonderful. I recommend therefore just booking a little better room. The location of the hotel is good. At foot you reach the old town and everything you needed. The style of the hotel is very beautiful. The staff friendly. Breakfast I would probably not book for it even in the night. It is not a buffet but a pre-order dish with two drinks that is brought to the room. The Thai dishes are good and rich. The American is made of a (!) untoasted dish toast. Last night we had a fire alarm in the middle of the night because a person smoked in her room. It quickly dissolved that it was nothing dangerous. However, it was not excused with a word. I found it very bad. In principle I would book it again but just a better and quiet room and without breakfast.

Great place to stay, pool was really nice, room was huge and spotless, Staff were very welcoming and friendly if you are looking for access to beaches go elsewhere. Outstanding value for money. Lots of street food near by and the hotel restaurant was very good, its also a 3 minute stroll from a huge Big C supermarket. Would definitely stay again. The bed was a bit on the hard side but as I was using the hotel to get over jet lag for a couple of nights it was not really an issue, so nothing bad to say

The actual hotel is okay, location in the middle of nowhere but with a ten minute walk to the large shopping mall. When I arrived at 10pm after a long day travelling, check in wasn’t easy. First if I paid with card there was a 2% charge.. ok but the receptionist can’t do math as I was told for the 2% charge it would make my 3000bhat room 4000!! I paid cash… then they wanted 1000bhat cash deposit!! No where on the booking did it say that was required. Room was clean, with a rubbish view but I couldn’t sleep all night as AC didn’t work. When I went out the next day at 10am I told reception & asked they fix. When I got back at 4pm, not only had my room not been cleaned, the ac hadn’t been looked at. I was told there was no problem! Asked for manager who called… kept speaking over me. As a solo female traveler I got upset, I didn’t feel well & as I cried I was laughed at. Told no one to fix ac on a Sunday! Eventually I was offered a different room after being dragged round hotel again… I just wanted to leave. I was left to cry in reception. I’d avoid if female.. I work in property management and I was told I wouldn’t know if ac worked as I’m a girl..,

Great value. 2kms away from central festival and only 15 mins away by car to Rassada Pier. Smoking was allowed on the balcony. It needs a little refurbishment, the toilet seat and the water heater were a bit outdated but still usable. There is also a rooftop pool. The fridge is big but there is no coffee tea amenities. Hot water and coffee cups are provided next to the lobby and just outside is local food that sells salapao for breakfast.

Thirty kilometers from the airport to this hotel, less than forty minutes. The hotel is not on the main road, turn left onto a side road from 402 road, and it is not far from Lotus Supermarket, Bigc Supermarket and Phuket Consular Office. It is very convenient for those who go to the consular office. The environment is very quiet, you can sleep well at night. Breakfast in the morning is buffet style, with two fruits, two stir-fried dishes, two staples, toast, milk juice coffee, oats and biscuits. There are not many types but they are full and the restaurant is good. The room gave us a double bed room and a triple room. It was very clean. The bath water was not great, but it could be cleaned. Overall, the store is quite satisfactory. There is a parking lot, the owner is Chinese but not very much in the store, the front desk staff are friendly but do not understand English, but they do not prevent them from enthusiastically assisting when they ask for it. The hotel is more expensive to call. Go to Patong 600. We saw a car service at the entrance of bigc. We asked for a car and picked us up at the hotel the next day. It only took 450 to Patong Beach.

To be honest I am sad that I can’t put 5*stars for this hotel, but everything being “out of order” I can’t do it. I am not very sure why the owners have decided to open this hotel before everything is finished, because it just gives a costumer a very confusing experience. When we arrived we were told that the sauna is out of order, breakfast room is not finished, there is no poolside bar..basically a lot of things what are not finished, but when we booked it didn’t say in anywhere and was advertised as something that’s already there. When you arrive in a hotel and first thing you get is a row of bad news it makes you very disappointed. They told us that they will upgrade us in a better room, but actually the room they offered us was definitely NOT an upgrade. It had a smaller bed than the room before and there was no sitting area anymore. They were saying this is a more expensive room because it is one floor higher and has a view to the pool(!?) We told them that there is not even a couch anymore how can this be an upgrade? But they didn’t really understand what is our problem so they made us feel very stupid and we asked our previous room back, because that one was way better. They told us that pool view rooms don’t have couches in them, but later we saw that they did. But for sure we can say if you are thinking of booking and don’t care about the view then a superior mountain view room is better than the superior high floor room! In high floor pool view room you just have a hard bench and a queen bed instead of the king. They promised to make it all up to us ,but in the end they just ignored this situation and we were left in this “feeling stupid” situation. The other thing that happened with us a lot and we saw it also happening with others was that the keycard just stops working or doesn’t work from the beginning so you have to go to the reception a lot. Poolside bar and breakfast are they are still building,but what I saw they are probably going to be very nice. Sauna worked only one night and even then we didn’t have any lights inside and had to stay in a dark sauna what is not a problem , but still not a good sign..as the next day sauna was not working and in the end it went only until 40 degrees. Very disappointing. But the bed was truly amazing and absolutely new - definitely recommended! The gym was very good with a very good equipment, so definitely pack your running shoes. Maybe in the future it would be nice if there would be some water available in the gym. The swimming pool was very good, but sadly they didn’t have different towels for the pool (probably also something to add in the future!) Also the mirror in the room is in a very dark spot and you should definitely add some lights there. I think as a new and just opened place you should try to provide a better service, but I see if all the “mistakes” are fixed how it is going to be a very comfy place for a relaxing stay. The hotel me and my girlfriend stayed at was located very near a 711, largest mall in phuket and a few night markets. It is about a 40 mins away from the airport and about 30 mins away from the beaches. We didnt interact much with the staff but when we arrived, they were very friendly helping us check in. They served us a very tasty drink. During breakfast, they would clear away our finished dishes very quickly. The room we got was the standard room on the first floor with a king size bed. It was nice and quiet. The room was very spacious and clean. The television did not offer much variety, they were dubbed in thai and only had thai subtitles. The toilet was pretty normal. They did not have much toiletries compared to other hotels ive stayed at but i did not need them so its okay 😄 I had a really time staying at this hotel, would come back and recommend to others.

We booked a few months in advance through their website and received confirmation with the price and conditions. We had no further contact with them until a few days before we were meant to stay there - they sent an email saying that our card details didn't go through and that we needed to send them full payment (this was never stated when booking, we assumed we would settle payment when getting there which is what you should always do). We offered to give a different card but they refused, and said that the only way we could keep our booking is if we paid in full by paypal or bank transfer (this should have already been a red flag). We reluctantly sent a bank transfer since it sounded dodgy and they were very rude to us, but the email was coming from the same confirmation email as the reservation so it seemed legitimate. After the transfer was successfully processed, they then confirmed receiving full payment of the original booking price, but demanded we send an additional payment higher than even the first one, raising the price to more than double, and said if we do not pay it immediately we would lose our booking. With only a few days before our trip, we had very few options to choose a different accommodation and much higher prices than when we booked a few months ago. I have never spoken with such arrogant, rude, and pushy staff who take advantage of foreign travelers knowing full well they have little to no rights or alternatives in these situations. They have not refunded me for the original payment and refuse to honor the original price we booked. Do not go here!
