Stayed here for 2 nights, the check in process is very fast and my room was ready just right in time. Maimoon is the best! She helped me all the way! The room itself have enough space and the view at night is very stunning. The rooftop bar is soooo cozy. The breakfast is superb all food are warm. I had a problem on my last night the electricity suddenly shut down, as I informed reception since it’s very late night I expect to have some delay however I didn’t wait that long engineer arrived and told me that cannot be fixed after 5 mins HK and even FO staff helped me to change the room. I wasn’t able to get their names since it’s late night. Overall I had the best experience and will surely comeback!

Hotel is old but upgrated/renovated in 2021. Very comfortable bed and spaces room. Cleanliness need to improve in the room specially the bathroom. Love the fully equip gym here, clean and no smell. What I love most here is the hotel staff. They really make us feel like home here......so so warm,helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to the front desk Mai, Bus, New, Poppy and Juliet. Bellhop/security Peek, Plong, Arm and Dom. The manager Miss Moss also very helpful and friendly. Hotel is so lucky to have them.

This hotel requires a lot of improvements. That being said, we spent more time out then using the facilities. Check in process: We arrived at 12:30pm, asked if we could check in earlier which they advised it won’t be ready for 40mins. We came back 40mins later after having our welcome drink (which was purple dyed coconut water in a martini glass). He said it won’t be ready for an hour so we left the hotel to walk about. It’s now 14:10 (check in time is 14:00 so you’d think it would be ready), we were told to wait another 20mins. We finally checked in at 14:30. Food: We only had breakfast at the Hotel as we were so close to Old Town, it didn’t make sense to eat at the hotel and there’s a 7/11 near by for snacks. Breakfast was not great. Food was bland, options were very limited. My husband and I didn’t eat much, we were only there to make sure our kids could eat a bit of fruits and pastries. House keeping: They do not sweep, we know this because our son would bring croissant back and the crumbs were still there after they’ve come in to replenish our towels. Reception: They were lovely and informative. Most of the above feedback were out of their control. Swimming Pool: The pool beds looked and felt a bit out dated, I have stayed in 4 star hotels in Phuket that were in better conditions than this 5 star hotel. That being said my kids still had a lot of fun in them. Location: Not walking distance from Old Town but close enough that the taxi’s only cost up 150baht each way. I’ll unlikely stay here again nor would I recommend the hotel to our friends and family. It was ok but not great.

But then bad start very good. We booked a normal room. Unfortunately, we were first brought into a room in which apparently a short time before was a water damage. It smelled insupportable muffy and many of the furniture were cool. I asked for another room and got it next to it. That was not really better, but it smells less bad. After a bad night at the smell and noise of the street we asked again for a new room and I proposed an upgrade. We could then eventually move to a quiet and renovated room. This room was very wonderful. I recommend therefore just booking a little better room. The location of the hotel is good. At foot you reach the old town and everything you needed. The style of the hotel is very beautiful. The staff friendly. Breakfast I would probably not book for it even in the night. It is not a buffet but a pre-order dish with two drinks that is brought to the room. The Thai dishes are good and rich. The American is made of a (!) untoasted dish toast. Last night we had a fire alarm in the middle of the night because a person smoked in her room. It quickly dissolved that it was nothing dangerous. However, it was not excused with a word. I found it very bad. In principle I would book it again but just a better and quiet room and without breakfast.

I returned to it because in my previous visit I was welcomed with kindness and great willingness by the manager at Reception this year I regrettably found no longer her to welcome me because she died a few days before my own I was very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable. Available boiler with coffee choice and the replaced every day as every day I found two bottles of free water in the room. Washing available Hair Dry in the room. A very spacious bathroom with shower , set of courtesy available every day , such as towel change. Location in a quiet area just below Phuket Belvedere , 10 minutes walk from the stop by the buses that lead to the beaches of Patong or Kata and Karon. At the same time walking to the city centre ( descending to 2 light bulbs turn left. For buses ship for the beach always descending to 3 light bulbs always left ) So the Khao Rang Place is the best place to stay in Phuket Town . Excellent quality price ratio. Super recommended ! Rooms 401 from 16 to 22 March 2019

the hotel was renamed to ”Recenta Style” just a few weeks ago. for the price it's a good place. basic, but clean and easy to find. shower is just a part of the toilet with no shower curtain or glass for separation so the entire toilet gets wet, if that matters to some. the immediate area has next to nothing, except for a decent japanese sushi bar serving sushi and bento sets. for anything else at all, walk about 40 mins into charming phuket town. you don't have to get all the way into town, cos 2/3 of the way there's shops for breakfast, coffee, desserts. across the canal in front of the hotel there's a restaurant that operates till late with really loud singing, so the rooms facing the back would be a lot better. didn't use the pool cos it's on the ground floor sandwiched into a very small space in the shadows of the buildings all around so anything outside of the 1-hour window right in the middle of the day it gets absolutely no sun. the shuttle bus runs 4-5 times a day to town, you have to reserve a spot in advance, and unsure why it takes 40 mins to get to town when you can walk the same distance in 40 mins. reception staff was very strict about the 2pm check-in time, which is okay if she'd explained that they were full, but it was just a flat no.

We were in Phuket only for 2 nights and Sleep at Phuket was excellent choice. Location is great, near city center. Room was clean, air conditioned. There is also TV if you’d like to watch some Thai shows :). In our room view was at other building which was about 2 meters away from ours. So if view at the city is what you’re looking for you’ll probably keep your curtains closed, like us. Except for that it was a pleasant stay. In the building is also washing machine and elevator. Rooms was daily cleaned and shampoo and shower gel was provided.

Boutique hotel just opened a few months ago The bedding and room are very clean and comfortable The hotel provides a light toast and egg breakfast in the morning, which is very considerate. Please note that the hotel does not have an elevator, so consider this when bringing large luggage The hotel is only about a 15-minute walk from the old town, and it is very comfortable to walk at night. There are also many authentic stalls nearby, so you don’t have to worry about going hungry.
