Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the main shopping mall. Very convenient. There is an open food market just opposite to the hotel. The food there is quite nice. I tried a mango shake. They put half of the mango on the top of the glass. Its so amazing. Swimming pool is not very big but enough for a swim. Have plenty of sunshine deck. Suitable for a afternoon rest. Recommend this hotel

Lovely hotel with a fabulous pool. Good breakfast options. Just felt the hotel was severely understaffed. Staff on the bar at the pool consistently would get orders wrong. Have a member or 2 of staff walking around the pool area taking orders and delivering food. At the price the place costs don’t expect orders to be consistently wrong and slow to come out. Having said that it is a nice hotel and short walk to the main area of town

It was a wonderful resort. Had a double bed and a single bed. We requested for ground floor because of getting the baby thing from room again & again. It had yummiest breakfast. Friendly staff. Rooms were big, washroom was excellent and big with tub. There was a kids club for kids Pool was very nice Location toooo far and inside from main patong walking street. Only thing i didnt like was the house keeping staff didnt clean the washroom well and the room thoroughly and was really aggressive. Over all experience good , il come back again 😀👍

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to eat, drink and go shopping downstairs. It is only a few steps away. The hotel staff were very helpful. We arrived at the hotel. Nate and his colleagues were very enthusiastic to help us with our luggage and brought us delicious ice cream while we waited to check in. It was close to On the day of the store, when the airport drop-off man couldn't find the hotel, it was Nate who helped contact us. In short, he was very enthusiastic and made us feel very warm! Breakfast is also great

Architecture style good for IG photo taking (some construction still going on to make it even better) Location near to beach n shopping (hotel hv shuttle service) Children friendly Dinso Resort blessed with excellent service staff that always put on a smile, that helps to bring people back to stay. Restaurant food list delicious Our room is big, view is great - Seaview Few point for hotel to improve: 1) toilet seat have stain that can't be removed 2) table too small to and only 1 chair. As we call for roo.m service but no where can we seat to eat we are a group of 4 people, so we have to stand n eat our meal. 3) the air con sometime let out some unpleasant smell (guess is the drainage.) 4) when rain the front door will hv pool of water but later on the put a towel to stop the rain water getting into the room. Overall Dinso is great will stay again

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel! When I pulled up it was just a towel balled at the front door. The heavy set lady that works in the evening told they over booked so they had to put me in a twin bed room and would move me in the am. Then when I ask the lady in the am about moving me she said she could move me but it wouldn’t be till later that day then I would have to move again two days later. The hotel is in a very ghetto area and it literally looks nothing like the pictures online. It’s only two people work the front desk and they leave for hours at a time so if you need help with anything you won’t get any help. The language barrier is horrible and they DO NOT have customer service at all! They don’t even have hand soap. I left my shoes in the room and asked if they could mail them. And the clean up lady tried to steal my shoes by lying initially saying she didn’t have them, then when I pressed the issue they said they did have them. I asked for there WhatsApp number so I could communicate where to mail them. And the lady refused to repeat the number and hung up in my face! The second shift lady came in and every time she answers and realized it’s me she hangs up and ignored my phone calls on purpose. The lady told me to email and I have emailed her several times and haven’t got a response. When I ask her why she keeps hanging up in my face she just hangs up again. Please listen to the reviews about this place I should have listened. This hotel is catfishing with their pictures, this hotel is very GHETTO! They literally should be shut down!

The owner was very very nice, checked us in no problem and even let us store our luggage for an extra day with no additional costs. The room was not the cleanest and the bathtub had hair on it, I assume from the previous guests. As well the shower had no curtain so every time we used it the bathroom floor would flood. There was no kettle in the room and some of the plugs didn’t work. My biggest issue was our room faced another hotel room so we couldn’t open the blinds 80% of the time unless we wanted to make awkward eye contact with our neighbours. However, we didn’t have to open our blinds to know what our neighbours were doing, we could hear them through the walls. Location was good, about a 10 min walk to Patong beach, PLENTY of restaurants and shops.

I only found this place from eating at their restaurant (very tasty). This is on the south end of the main road through Patong, making it very convenient as a base. The staff are very very friendly, the rooms are well appointed and super clean. Wifi works well and the staff's knowledge of the area is very helpful. Would definitely choose here again.

Good location. Rooms are spacious and clean, they are cleaned every day as well which was a bonus. The pool is really nice and it’s a sun trap so perfect for sunbathing if you don’t want to go to the beach. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Our flight wasn’t until the nighttime and they let us leave our bags behind reception after we checked out and let us use their pool until we had to set off to the airport. Really good value for price and I would definitely recommend. 10/10 would stay again. Thankyou

The guesthouse is located 15 minutes from the sea and twenty minutes from the shopping center. The owner is friendly and lives with his family. We need to improve the cleaning of the rooms because in 7 days nothing was cleaned for us. Otherwise the hotel is not bad!

It was my first time to travel abroad and I was a bit afraid to travel freely because I spoke only loose English. When visiting Ctrip, I found out that the boss was Chinese after signing up for his WeChat account. I felt psychologically at ease instantly. Then I will briefly introduce the hotel environment. The hotel is located in the center of Patong but not on the main road, so it is relatively quiet at night. It is very convenient for day trips and various shows. The hotel environment is probably similar to that of 7 days in China. The boss of the restaurant recommended a Thai version of Chinese food that is cost-effective and tastes suitable for Chinese stomachs. Also, as for the tickets for the one-day tour, I compared all the tickets on Taobao, Ctrip and official accounts, and the boss’s ticket was the cheapest. If you know how to bargain, you can ask on the local street but you must be able to bargain. If you stay in this hotel, be sure to add the boss on WeChat. Some places in Phuket still have routines for consumption. Asking them in advance can reduce a lot of pitfalls. The boss also answered all my questions very patiently. To sum up, the boss’s store is particularly suitable for Chinese people who are going abroad for the first time and who think they are not good at English. Come to this place🏬The boss can basically solve everything. Finally, thank you boss for taking care of me for so many days. You are my best friend in Thailand.
