The hotel is clean but very worn out and even in its heyday I can’t fathom how this was ever 4 stars. The bed spreads don’t appear to have been washed in ages, the bathrooms are tiny and you can barely fit through the door to enter the shower (and I’m thin!). Sound insulation is also terrible. They need a serious revamp.

I was stupid and accidentally booked the room 1 night before my actual stay. I was so frightened when the staff pointed it out. However he was soooo nice and still let me stay. I'm sooo grateful about that. The hotel smells nice and is decorated tastefully with artistic theme - there were paintings all along the corridor. My room is huge, my bed is grand and comfy for a solo traveller like me, everything is extremely clean, facilities are neat and well maintained. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Pisa Centrale and Pisa Leaning Tower. I'm a very happy guest. I'm so glad that I have chosen this hotel to stay for my Pisa trip. I will definitely stay here if I ever come back to explore Pisa again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a comfy stay, a sound sleep at affordable price in Pisa. Perfect location by the river. Short walk to everything! A bit dated (and the beds could defenately be better), but with tons of charm and old history. Almost like a museum in its self. If i ever should come back to Pisa, i would love to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the airport. There is a cafe and a pharmacy downstairs, and there is also a small children's park next to it. The downside is that the room is relatively old and the refrigerator is not cold at all.

Very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, a five-minute walk. The accommodation is clean and there is no elevator, and free parking is not guaranteed.

The location is excellent, it is very convenient to go shopping and eat in the city center.

The location of the hotel is fabulous and the room itself was beautiful. It’s amazing to step outside your room and see the tower right there! Unfortunately I found the staff at check in to be fairly rude and not very helpful; I felt like I was annoying him by checking in. I booked this hotel specifically because it has air conditioning but it didn’t work and since the hotel staff go home in the evening there was nobody to help and we were unable to sleep due to the heat. Even though the location was amazing I probably wouldn’t book here again.

Located two minutes from the railway station, and the Leaning Tower of Pisa within walking distance. 24 hour check in and English speaking staff. The rooms are not big, but clean and comfortable) I travel alone and I have more than enough. The bathroom has a shower cabin, which is difficult to access. For some this will be a big inconvenience. I can’t say anything about breakfast ... I overslept it, it turns out to be until 9. So be careful.

Not bad in the old town.

Ok, breakfast should be OK in the B&B... The Leaning Tower of Pisa is ten minutes away from the store, and the small town is quite small.
