Everything was very good, the facilities are a bit old but of a good size, suggestions would be to add a hair dryer in the rooms and to change the towels since during our stay our towels were not changed even once.

This is the best value in Playa Del Carmen. The best bang for the buck especially if you’re booking on this app. Good food. Steak restaurant is great too. Everything is clean and modern although not the newest hotel. This is our go to hotel. Only complaint is they stopped including the premium tequila (Don Julio) in the all inclusive

Awesome rooms, friendly and supportive members of staff, simple but decent breakfast, close to the beach and to the main road, with plenty of bars, clubs and entertainment, malls and you name it, pool was with a stunning view over the sea, gym was also state of the art.

I don’t even know where to start. Residence Inn at Marriot Playa Del Carmen has to be on of my pleasant hotel experiences ever. Starting from the positive vibe you feel as soon as you enter the premises all the way to when you checkout, they make you feel like a truly valued guest. Staff Everyone keeps smiling at you and they always try their best to accommodate your requests. Willy(security) was always there to assist whenever we arrived at the hotel. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the area, so he could put you on the right track regardless of which destination you were trying to get to. Gabriela (front desk) was super pleasant to work with during our check-in, when we had to extend our stay and every others time we had to request assistance from her. She always had a smile on her face and truly made us feel welcome. Cleanness The hotel appears to be brand new, with modern amenities and great décor. They keep all the common areas squeaky clean. I had to work from my room, so oftentimes when Domingo and Paulina came by to clean the room, I was in the middle of a meeting, but they never gave up on me and kept coming back until they made sure my room was clean on daily basis. Amenities Considering it is a hotel, they have an amazing gym and rooftop pool. I was hesitant about working out there at first when I made a reservation, but after seeing the equipment, size and clean environment they have at the gym, I actually looked forward to working out in the mornings. Food They serve decent breakfast(included) in the mornings between 7 to 10 am. They also have a specious dining area, so you will never have an issue finding a table. Waiters are also amazing, they try everything they can to make sure you have a pleasant dining experience. Thank you for an amazing experience, we will be back!

Large complex with several pools and dining options, though some amenities not available due to covid. Generally helpful and kind staff, one gentleman at the concierge wasn't the best but the manager was great! The beach had lots of space, places to sit and staff available for beverage service. Overall a nice place to stay!

I would not recommend this hotel. There was no water supply in the room and electricity supply in the communal area (which means no lift) for our last night of stay. We have to carry our heavy luggage down the stairs at check out. Receptionist promised to refund the money for the last night, but our booking agent said the hotel is not reachable as they never reply to phone calls or emails, so our refund request is still on hold. The hotel committed to proceed with our refund immediately but obviously this is not the case. I am really disappointed with my stay.

My friend gave me the famous Xcaret Water Park. The hotel prices on Christmas are ridiculously expensive, especially the hotels under Xcaret. So this time, apart from staying in this Xcaret Mexico (hereinafter referred to as X), the other one is not very popular with Chinese tourists. Many Iberostar Quetzal (hereinafter referred to as Q). You can eat big lobster and oysters on Christmas Day, without being stingy at all. In contrast, the waiters at Hotel X are all business-like, and they have to wait for a table when there are not many people at the buffet. It looks like a big place, but there are few tricks to eat and drink. I also made an appointment for a Xin Gao Japanese meal. Don't expect too much. My daughter ordered an appetizer of rice, and what was served was a bowl of white rice! The hotel is nice and the ubication is perfect, my daughter enjoyed the small pool, the room was nice and the bed was comfortable, I had an issue with the blanket it was smelly, and not fresh, i asked in reception and they changed it immediately the staff was nice and friendly!
