AAnonymous UserLayout: The entire hotel layout is shown in Figure 1. The wilderness cabin is closer to the check-in front desk. Walking out is the Aurora Hut close to the restaurant. The furthest away is the Arctic Chalet. Meals, bar, front desk hours are shown in Figure 2.
Aurora Hut: If you come to Inari, it is recommended to stay in the Aurora Hut, because the glass house is designed at the right angle to see the aurora. It is easy to spot the aurora in the house. After spotting it, I immediately went out to the lake to take pictures. The constant changes of the aurora are beautiful! The reserved wilderness cabin was upgraded to the Aurora cabin on site for 190 euros. At the same time, the upgrade fee for dinner is 48 euros per person, and there is also 80 euros per person for breakfast and tax.
Key point: Be sure to book a room on Ctrip based on the actual number of people. This hotel includes breakfast and dinner. The food is good and highly recommended!
Small town: There are two large supermarkets next to each other in the small town, and there is an Internet celebrity restaurant next to the museum. The Internet celebrity restaurant is crowded and requires reservation in advance, but if you are too lazy, you might as well just eat at the hotel buffet.
Travel activities: There is also a travel company Visit Inari in the town. You can search their official website to book a reindeer cart. The travel agency will pick you up at the hotel door 15 minutes in advance. But in fact, there is an activity reservation center on the right side of the front desk of this wilderness igloo hotel as soon as you enter the door. This wilderness hotel has many activities, including ice fishing, motorboating, hiking, and aurora chasing. Just pay to sign up at the front desk and gather ten minutes in advance. All activities here are provided with a full set of outdoor professional equipment such as clothes, hats, gloves, and shoes. No need to worry about clothes at all!
In terms of comfort, the Aurora Lodge is a little colder. After all, there is a large glass roof. If it snows, you don’t have to worry. There is a one-touch heating button in the house to melt snow, which is very convenient. There are still no slippers and bathrobes. If you need a sauna, you need to go to the front desk to make a reservation for 10 euros/half hour. I gave you the key and went to the sauna in the last row of the Aurora Lodge. The prison has three hours of daylight to use the sauna, otherwise it is pitch dark.
Inari surprise: There are Tesla charging stations, remember to download the aurora forecast app and other reminders, so I went to the hotel lake to take pictures of the aurora. Inari can contact a taxi when going to Ivalo Airport. The taxi driver's business card is also in the picture. He is a local driver and the meter costs almost 100 euros. It is a good deal! You can also ask the front desk for recommendations.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

XXiaofengRight next to the bus stop, there is no need to find a place after arriving, the lady boss will go out to greet him personally, and the store is very enthusiastic! You can see the aurora basically when you leave the room (if you are lucky), there is also a bonfire waiting for the aurora. The bonfire is on the river bank, there is no light pollution. There are also projects such as skiing, snowmobiling, husky sledding, but it’s a little more expensive than the Sarika’s. The breakfast is 10 euros for one person, a typical European breakfast, the portion is sufficient and the taste is not bad. The apartment where the four of us live is also a small wooden house. The sanitary conditions are very good, and the room is quiet and suitable for posing. All in all, I highly recommend staying here for two or three days. The chalet here is not worse than the glass house in Sarika!

GGuest UserI didn’t expect to be able to book a trip to the Glass House using Ctrip. I happened to encounter the aurora at night in the glass house. It was really wonderful to watch the aurora while lying on the bed. Meals are included in the hotel, which basically includes three meals a day. All you need to do here is enjoy it. Romantic life in Northern Europe.

The staff was wonderfully friendly and the restaurant was high-quality. The room was new, clean, small and the ventilation was bad (hot), I had to open the window. Some kind of level for the head of the bed would be good

I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM.
So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it?
Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card.
So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!

HHo Yu CHANThe bedliner is little bit dirty . No wifi all around . We had an accident in which we are locked outside the room because there is ice stuck inside the lock and we cant open with the key . The staff is very friendly and helpful to help us open the door with some lub . The room is very darkly lit .
In summer it is renowned for gold panning . However in winter you can only do it outdoors .
The hotel Restaurants are very great .

DDarren WuI was worried when I saw the average reviews online. But after staying for three days, I still felt good. We stayed in a suite with a sauna, which was quite large and clean. The sauna and fireplace were also quite good. Although there were not many people at the front desk, the service attitude was very good. The most important thing is that the location is very convenient. It is very convenient to go to town or take a bus.

二二狗爱他爹The resort hotel in Surrey Hills has large rooms and a sauna, which is very convenient for your own operation. The balcony of the room was facing a small wood, and the scenery after the heavy snow was beautiful.
In addition to Finnish and English, there are Japanese in the hotel. No wonder there are many Japanese tourists here, but most of them are middle-aged and elderly.
After the Spring Festival, I made a lap in Lapland. There are only few Chinese in Surrey. The ski area here is also very empty, but the snow quality is first-rate.

CCedric RoxasStaying here was a very unique experience. Whilst, during our 2 night visit, we didn't get to see the northern lights, we still enjoyed our stay specifically the glass igloo on the west village, the buffet breakfast, and just walking around the village. The dinner service can be improved as we noticed that if you dine in at a much later time let's say after 6pm the service can be slow due to the staff:customers ratio. To avoid this, we dined in at 5:30pm.
