"We requested a family 1 bedroom spa apartment, and we didn't know it was on the upper floor. We requested a change to the ground floor as my wife has a knee problem and can't take the stairs which are quite steep. We could see that more than half of apartments available were empty, and yet she refused to help. Truly disappointed 😞"
"Breakfast is not available at the accommodation and you need to prepare yourself or go to a nearby restaurant. There are a variety of room types to choose from, suitable for families with children. The location is very good, easy to find, easy to access. There is free parking for guests who are free to drive. The room is simple to cook and there is a communal kitchen available. Overall is good, it is recommended to stay."
"The accommodation was really spacious and clean - had booked a family room at a price of a double room due to a system error but the owners honored the booking so it was like a free upgrade for us. Toilet was handicap friendly and there was hot water! The guest house also served amazing beers - tried the tasting paddle and enjoyed the aussie pale ale best. a family of rabbits visited us in the front yard as well, very cute. Will definitely stay again when visiting Port Campbell."

"It is an independent small property. There are parking spaces according to the room number. There are three rooms with two large beds and three small beds. It is very cold in the morning and evening and you need to turn on the hot air conditioner. It is very hot at noon and you need to turn on the cold air conditioner. The kitchenware is complete but very old. It is not far away. It's a 10-minute walk to the lively part of the town. There is no cleaning service and you have to do it yourself. It's similar to motels."
"The room is small but warm, the facilities are a bit simple but complete, except that the door of the bath is not closed tightly, the environment is very good, very quiet, parking is convenient and free, cost-effective, recommended"
"The rooms are large and are suites, perfect for a family holiday. The supplies provided are very good. The view is also very good. There are several kinds of animals on the farm, but it is a bit late to stay. It should be early to enjoy the time of the ranch."
"Hahaha, this is a seriously underestimated restaurant. I am the most satisfied with this trip. The price/performance ratio is very high and the boss is also very humorous. I highly recommend it~"
"It just rained from the Twelve Apostles and drove directly to Campbell Town. The hotel was at the crossroads of the town center. Because we came earlier, I just arrived at the boss and I introduced it very warmly. The situation in the town, took us to the room and said the situation, the wife is most satisfied with a hanging basket in the room, the room is very clean, the facilities are relatively new"
"The landlord is a very kind old man who keeps the cabin clean and tidy. The cabin looks exactly like a fairy tale. I am very satisfied with it. It is located on a small hillside. It takes about two or three minutes to drive to Port Campbell. Looking out of the house, you can see a hillside of cattle and sheep, as well as kangaroos and rabbits. At night, the Milky Way is clearly visible. Looking at the starry sky in the yard at 20 degrees is the meaning of travel."
"A node hotel on the Great Ocean Road self-driving line. The room is a small villa with unattended check-in and check-out. The kitchen is fully equipped, parking is very convenient at the door, and the garden is neat and beautiful."

Great
TTHEAN JUEN LOWExtremely spacious room. Like the shower most. Water pressure is strong and bathroom is huge & bright. Very convenient location. Grocery, restaurants, all right across the hotel. Love this place and will definitely come back again
JJeanPsThe room was absolutely amazing, and I was truly impressed! The one I booked had 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking tools, and there was even a dishwasher. Everything here was perfect, and I loved every detail. I highly recommend everyone to try staying here!
WWenxiangshinvrenThe cabin is on the most beautiful hillside. It was so beautiful that my girlfriend and I forgot that there were mosquitoes in the mountains. We took a lot of photos inside and outside. The room had all the supplies and was so clean that I felt I could cook. There were also coffee, chocolate powder and milk. The shower room was also comfortable, warm and beautiful. There were beautiful wild flowers outside the room. I really wanted to stop time at that moment and not go anywhere. If you want to make suggestions, I hope you can prepare a mosquito repellent. My girlfriend became my natural scent that night😂😂
Mmfs6174One of the few accommodations in Port Campbell, the advantage of staying here is that it is convenient to take pictures of the sunrise and sunset in the Twelve Apostles area and the Milky Way at night. The two-bedroom and one-living room for less than 1,000 yuan is considered to be cost-effective in Australia. Check-in and check-out are self-service. If you arrive late, you can find the room number corresponding to your name on the door of the reception on the left. Each room has a corresponding parking space. There is no problem with the hygiene of the room, and the area is large. There is a microwave, refrigerator, and kettle. The sofa is quite comfortable and the shower has plenty of hot water. However, there seems to be no heating, and it is a bit cold in the spring night. The windows and blinds in the room are not very smooth.
In addition, please note that you are required to check out at 10 o'clock, and the cleaner will knock on the door after 10 o'clock.
EExploring our one precious worldReview for Southern Ocean Motor Inn, Port Campbell
The Southern Ocean Motor Inn is in an incredible location in the heart of Port Campbell, offering easy access to the town. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel right at home.
The bed was almost 5-star hotel quality, but having only one pillow per person was disappointing. A couple of extra pillows would have made a big difference to comfort. The room’s shutter blinds were a standout feature, providing excellent privacy while still allowing us to enjoy the beautiful sea views.
The shower room was immaculate, though the water pressure could definitely be improved. Despite this, the air conditioning was spot on, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, making it a great place to relax.
We would definitely stay here again and hope that a few small changes, like adding more pillows and improving water pressure, could make an already lovely experience even better.

GGuest UserIt is a hotel run by a gentleman named Mark in his own home. It's a bit like our domestic B&Bs. He and his daughter lived in the house at the back. When we stayed that day, he also burned a fireplace with wood, which was very warm. There is also a very cute dog at home. Ah, we bought various vegetables in the supermarket and cooked a pasta at our place. Mark provided pots and pans, all available.
VVeronica@XiamenA family of five drove to various attractions on the Great Ocean Road a little late, and booked the Twelve Apostles Resort Hotel on Ctrip. Unexpectedly, there was a surprise.
The location is very good, not far from the Twelve Apostles Rock parking lot. You can drive according to the navigation, and there are clear signs. The guy who guards the store is from northern China. He is sincere and enthusiastic. Together with the dog HILLA, he welcomes every guest who comes and properly arranges accommodation. He also turns on the electric heater in advance. It happened to be the Olympics, and he also enthusiastically turned on the TV and told the children how to adjust the TV programs.
The hotel also provides dinner meals, not only instant noodles, but also beef and potato rice and lamb rib rice. I ordered 3 servings. The taste is OK, very Chinese, the quantity is large, and the price is not expensive.
The house is fully equipped. It would be better if milk could be provided in the refrigerator. There are kitchen utensils and microwave ovens. It is also convenient to boil water. The water can be drunk directly. When the weather is good at night, you can see the sky full of stars and the air quality is great. The view in front of the house is wide and full of pastoral atmosphere.
Check-out is also very convenient, just give the key to the key box at the door.
Recommend Chinese guests to choose this hotel, it feels like home.
