Hotel is in the middle of renovation and that causes it to be dirty and noisy. This should be disclosed in the app. The people are very nice and friendly. Bed was uncomfortable

The property is under construction as they are remodeling. Although they try to limit noise and keep the property clean, our room had no baseboard and no vending/ice machines on our floor. They should let people in advance that they are remodeling.

The property is under renovation but that’s not an excuse for the badly stained carpet and furniture in the room. These stained items don’t appeared to have been cleaned in a while. The desk office chair was in poor condition. It has to be replace. The common areas are super dated. I hope they haven’t been renovated yet. One good thing was the mattress. Comfortable. Staff were super nice.

The place was in the process of being renovated therefore lots of activity going on, which in return made it look unfinished, but all in all everything was good.

I was woke up by noise from construction and I should’ve been put in a room away from remodeling crews. Construction should have been done on separate floors from where hotel guests are staying.

Run down property with shipping containers scattered thru out the parking lot . No parking, had to park across the street at the Hampton Inn.

Mold in my room, applied for refund and apparently refund was rescinded. This is absolutely unacceptable especially considering that our room had mold, was dirty, and falling apart. We didn’t even stay in the room and immediately checked out and requested refund upon arriving.
