"This was my first time staying here! I was traveling alone, so the room size was very spacious and comfortable. I think the bed might be a bit small for two people. I stayed for 3 nights, and it was great that they refilled the water and made up the bed/cleaned the room during my stay! If you frequently use buses and trains, I wouldn't recommend this hotel as it's a bit of a walk to the station and bus stops. I arrived around 5 PM, but there were no staff members present. I found my name written on a drawer and self-checked in there."

"I stayed on the Pent Suite floor. First off, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, explaining everything in great detail. The room itself was spacious and excellent. My only minor gripes were the lack of power outlets near the bed and the loose indirect lighting glass in the living room, which seemed to need repair. Also, I wanted to open the windows in the pool area and bathroom, but there were no screens, so I couldn't for fear of insects coming in. That was a bit disappointing too. The late-night noodle service, perhaps because it's summer, came with cold broth that was frozen solid, making the noodles stiff and hard to eat. Given how good the hotel's facilities are and how well the air conditioning works, it might be worth considering serving hot noodles even in summer. The gym and sauna were absolutely superb. The robot café on the top floor had all coffee items sold out, so I couldn't get anything, but the space itself was clean and had a great atmosphere, making me think it would be lovely to enjoy a cup of coffee there on a cool day. This was a hotel with such great service that I'd love to visit again. I returned with fond memories of my stay. Thank you."

"I stayed here from June 19th to 21st, 2026. It's right near Exit 8 of Sinlim Station on Line 2. When I was standing in front of the check-in machine trying to figure out how to store my luggage, someone spoke to me through the speaker. They guided me through the check-in process using a translation app on the machine's screen. When I returned later for actual check-in, a staff member at the counter assisted me. They were very kind, explaining things in English and a little Japanese. The water was complimentary. The room was more spacious than I expected, plenty for one person. However, I couldn't figure out how to turn on the TV and was too lazy to ask, so I gave up. There were some scratches and dirt on the walls and flooring, but it didn't bother me. I also wasn't disturbed by any noise and slept very well. I had booked a room with two PCs, but mine didn't have any. I figured it was because I was traveling alone. Overall, it was a good stay. I'd like to stay at this hotel again."

"I stayed for two nights (Saturday & Sunday) at the Triple Cinema Penthouse. It was a spacious place, spanning almost three floors, and the outdoor spa on the rooftop was absolutely perfect for a weekend of relaxation. Having a sauna was a great bonus too!"

"The location is very convenient, about a 5–10 minute walk from Ewha Womans University Station or Sinchon Station. There’s also a convenience store right next to the motel, plus a 24-hour chicken restaurant and a laundry shop nearby, which was very helpful during our Korea trip. We actually booked this place in a rush because we had an issue with our first accommodation. When we arrived, we found the room quite small — there was barely enough space for our luggage, and it was difficult to fully open even our smallest suitcases on the floor. It is more like a short-stay motel. We asked if we could shorten our stay, but unfortunately, a refund wasn’t possible. Thankfully, they were kind enough to transfer us to a different room. It was still small, but we appreciated the effort to accommodate us. The receptionists were okay and could speak English, which made communication easier. The heated floors were also a nice touch, especially during colder days. Overall, our stay was okay — not exceptional, but manageable for a short visit."

Whether you’re heading to COEX Mall for some shopping or checking out Garosu-gil in Sinsa-dong, it's all easily accessible. Plus, the bustling Gangnam commercial district is just a 15-minute walk away. The hotel lives up to Marriott's consistently high standards. The rooms are spotless and tidy, and the bedding is wonderfully soft and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful details like the wireless charger next to the bed and the multi-country outlet by the desk. The 24-hour front desk staff are warm, professional, and always quick to assist with any request. The hotel also features a fitness center and a sauna, perfect for unwinding after a long day of travel. What truly surprised me was the incredible variety of dining options nearby! There's a GS25 convenience store right across the street, and within a 300-meter walk, you’ll find all sorts of restaurants, from sashimi spots to gamja-tang (pork bone soup) eateries and Korean set meal places. You don’t have to go out of your way to enjoy authentic local cuisine. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I also enjoyed exclusive benefits, making the overall value for money exceptional. "I initially thought the room decor was a bit old-fashioned, but after staying for a few days, I found it to be very warm and the cleaning was meticulous. It was quiet at night, and there was hardly any noise from the hallway. The self-service front desk wasn't very convenient; sometimes there was someone there, but when I had an issue with my room that day, I had to call customer service. Eventually, the owner arrived and resolved the problem with a very good attitude. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, so you definitely won't go hungry returning in the evening, and it's very close to Lotte!"

"Had a fantastic stay! The hotel is super close to the subway station, just a straight walk down the road. There's a convenience store and plenty of food options right downstairs. A quick shoutout to the first auntie on the right when you exit the hotel – she's really nice and lovely! Also, there's a great rice bowl restaurant near the subway station that I highly recommend. The hotel room was nice and quiet, and the front desk staff were very gentle and spoke excellent English, providing really thoughtful service. If you need housekeeping, just let the front desk know beforehand. Toiletries are free and self-service. Honestly, after a long day of sightseeing, collapsing into such a comfortable hotel room truly makes for a perfect trip! It was a wonderful accommodation experience."
