"The young staff members were all so kind and helpful, always with a smile. I was especially impressed by the tuk-tuk driver and the person who saw us off when we left; they were wonderful. Throughout the day, birds were chirping, and the place was brimming with nature. The pool, river, and entrance were all lovely. There were chairs outside where you could relax, and in the evening, beautiful music played. Just being there was a delight. Thank you so much!"

It's very easy to get around, and the staff provide good service."

"The rooms are plentiful and offer great value for money! It's also quite convenient for getting around, with a lively bar street right near the hotel. Finding places to eat might be a bit tricky though, but that's a minor detail! The hotel pool is very clean, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, always opening doors for guests. One thing to note: the hotel deposit is 1000 Thai Baht per night, but you can conveniently use it to pay for room service meals!"

"The hotel room is quite spacious, and the breakfast is decent. It's conveniently located next to the subway station. However, rooms facing the road can be a bit noisy, and it's a bit of a walk to the main shopping area. Overall, I still think it's a good hotel!"

"A family of four stayed for 5 days in a two-bedroom suite, room 310. Pros: The front desk staff and shuttle drivers were all very friendly. The shuttle drivers also doubled as doormen and porters, proactively opening doors for guests. The room was comfortable and clean. The washer-dryer combo was incredibly convenient and used daily. The fridge came with an ice maker, there was a capsule coffee machine, an oven (no microwave, which would have made it perfect), and all necessary pots, pans, and cutlery (no chopsticks). The cleaning lady did a good job with basic cleaning; she even washed the dishes and pans I left in the sink. The kitchen and bathroom were clean. However, even with a daily 100 baht tip and hints, she never folded towel animals, probably due to her age. There were some minor oversights, like the shower caps in both bathrooms running out after the second day and never being replenished – she probably didn't notice, but it wasn't an issue as I washed my hair daily anyway. Downstairs, there's a coffee shop. Within 100 meters, there are two supermarkets, several restaurants and cafes, a hair salon, a beauty and nail salon, and a massage parlor (a bit pricey). The area is lively during the day and quiet at night. Cons: The sofa was already caved in, and the bathtub was unstable, so I skipped using it for fear of danger. The shower water temperature fluctuated. Other tourists mentioned the street outside being very congested and getting a taxi being difficult, but for our family, we usually left in the afternoon, and a ride-hailing app would get us a driver within 10 minutes. The free shuttle bus was on-demand and got us to the BTS in just a few minutes. Overall, it was a good experience."

"Nice and clean and there's good food in the restaurant on the ground floor. The mattress is firm but ok. But the pillows are extremely hard and think, very uncomfortable. Having a big fridge was helpful."

"The room was spacious, featuring a mini-bar, a dressing room, and a cleverly concealed space for the washing machine. The water pressure was excellent, and the large bathtub filled up quickly. Breakfast offered a wide selection, including made-to-order items, hot dishes, desserts, bread, fruit, and salads; the menu varied slightly each day during our four-night stay. A shuttle bus conveniently departed every hour to the shopping mall. The swimming pool was large, with a separate children's splash pool. The location was convenient, surrounded by many chain massage parlors and convenience stores. The hotel staff were all very friendly. My family had a wonderful experience; it's very family-friendly, and we will definitely stay here again."

"Since I was only staying for three nights, which really meant two full days, I was prepared for a small room and didn't mind, as my schedule was packed and I'd only be sleeping there. Upon arrival, the room wasn't actually that small; it was pretty standard for a budget hotel, though the bathroom shower stall was indeed quite tiny. The hotel staff were all very welcoming and polite, greeting me every time I came and went. In particular, the slightly plump (no offense intended) front desk lady who checked me in was all smiles and enthusiastically explained the facilities and the free shuttle boat. The slim, kind, and friendly night-shift security guard, an older gentleman, was quick to help with my luggage, leaving a fantastic impression. If there was one tiny flaw, it was on my last morning when I checked out at 7 AM. There was only one delicate, Lin Daiyu-like front desk lady whose voice was so faint I had to lean in to hear her. Her movements were incredibly elegant (read: slow), and there were no other staff around. This single 'Lin Daiyu' slowly went up to the room herself to check it for a long time, then printed a slip for me to sign before finally processing my deposit refund at a snail's pace. She had no expression the entire time, just a cold face. Later, I saw her maintain the same sullen expression when checking out a white mother and daughter pair; perhaps that's just her natural demeanor. In Thailand, you do have to lower your expectations for efficiency a bit. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. For this price, they even included a one-hour sightseeing boat trip on the Chao Phraya River. What more could you ask for? 😂"

"This place is great for a relaxing getaway. When I went, they even had a small 'sao dao' (lucky draw) event by the canal. The staff were okay, and the room wasn't bad. However, I went during a cold period hoping to soak in warm water in the jacuzzi, but the water wasn't warm. Also, the room I stayed in didn't have a rectangular tub; it was just a regular-shaped one. Be careful, the pictures on the trip site show various types of tubs, which can be confusing."
