GGuest UserThe Grand Savoia was fantastic, hospitable and accommodating. When we arrived, due to a backend error, they had not received our reservation and were fully booked with no rooms available. Despite the error not being made on behalf of the hotel they took very good care of us. They put us in an upgraded room at their sister hotel just across the street and made all amenities of the 5 star grand hotel available to us. 10/10. They’ve done a great job.

CClaireqhWe decided with Hotel De Len as our 3D2N stay in Dolomites. The room was very clean and the hotel service was great. It is in a small town in Cortina and we could feel the warmth service from the team. The team did a small upgrade for us as it was our honeymoon and the morning view was great! Would totally stay here again if we ever visit Dolomites

KKim bengWe planned our based on renting a car, but were denied a car. We arrived late in Cortina d’Ampezzo, Patrik the owner was kind enough to offer to pick up for a fraction of the usual taxi fare. Patrik went to great length to make sure we still enjoy our hiking trip bu using public transport. Don't count on chatgbt here. Patrik even suggested the beautiful Monte Novulau hike which was simply awesome.
Breakfast was of high quality and he off true Italian coffee. The whole place feels more like home as Patrik fills the place with his creative masterpieces art, crafts and Moto GP collections.
We were thrown in chaotic stress after not being able to get a car, Patrik saves the day and make sure.we have a memorable stay in the Dolomite. Highly recommended and don't doubt choosing Garni Ongaro. You will feel at home.

LLimExcellent value! Loved the location which was a short drive to town. Plus the staff kindly upgraded us from a basic room to the next grade. Breakfast was great too. Parking was pretty easy right in front of the hotel, though it can get crowded if you come back v late. Overall Nothing to fault.

Location is perfetto for us💯
-15mins drive from Cortina Centre.
-Right next to it is the hiking track for Lake Sorapis.
-Right in front of the hotel is mountain view.
Staffs were all friendly and helpful.
Check in and out went smoothly.
Breakfast was great💯💯💯
We will definitely come back to stay again👍🏽

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit old, the throat may be aging, and some smell in the bathroom of the hotel basement can also be smelled in the lobby. The hot plate for breakfast is only scrambled eggs and bacon, but the cold dishes are very rich, cheese, cereals, ham cheese, many cake desserts and fruit, and bread. Must like the view of the hotel, it should be the best view hotel in this area, and the oil station and tram station next to the hotel are very convenient. The room I chose even the bathroom has an invincible mountain view, so I will still recommend this hotel.

MMHK__The reception was very helpful. They kept our luggage for two days after we checked out. There’s a nice pizza restaurant across the hotel and we loved the pasta & pizzas. The room was clean and had a small balcony where we watched the stars. The plugs were old ones with three holes so make sure you have the right adapter.

GGuest UserIf you have no car, the location is not convenient at all, 15mins walk to the city and uphill, there’s a bus to the hotel from city which is every one hour but if you need to take a bus somewhere in the early morning this is not convenient
Breakfast is nice but staff is not, very stingy and give me only two pieces of ham (with the staff service im leaning toward that it cost control) and further than that the food hygienic is not good. Staff drop the tomatoes on the table which i dont know when it was last cleaned, there are some stains on the table cloth so I refused to take that tomato piece and she put it back to the bowl to serve the next guest!!! From that moment i couldn’t eat anything more.

The uncle at the front desk was very caring, we went the wrong way, he chased us all the way to tell us the right direction.

NNo_return_dateGood location and reasonable prices. The room looked recently updated to me. Please be aware this hotel is around the corner from a bar that has extremely loud patrons who shout and laugh and scream till 2:30 am. They did this both nights I stayed here (to be fair it was a Friday and Saturday night. The television in my room was not plugged in and there was not a working outlet to plug it in but it looked nice on the wall. The breakfast was included and really good. The lemon cake they served one day with breakfast was outstanding. The staff was helpful and nice. For the money this was a good stay.
