酒店停車方便，服務挺好的，硬件稍有不足，但衞生做的還好，房間很大。
電梯口有免費礦泉水提供。餐廳味道不錯。

前台服務態度很差，我們到的比較晚，我們問酒店餐廳還能點餐嗎，跟我們説可以，結果跑上去一片漆黑。又跑到前台問哪裡可以吃飯，一臉不屑的不告訴我們，説你們可以點外賣，已經夜裡十點多了，我再點外賣還得等半個多小時。後來不得已帶着一家老小出門找吃的，還好門口保安態度挺好，告訴我們就在酒店旁邊走路兩分鐘就有拉麪館。對前台的服務態度簡直服了。

初次來到祁縣，選擇入住了黃河京都大酒店，果然不失望，一進入大廳，香味撲鼻，瞬間心情很好，去了酒店的前台，接待人員很熱情，很快就辦理了入住，早餐也不錯的，整體環境高大上，下次還會繼續選擇，推薦給大家！

早餐比較豐富，定的家庭房也比較大，遺憾的是牀板的木頭有一股奇怪的臭味，半夜都被薰醒了，以為床底有死老鼠，其實沒有，實在臭的不行，掀開床底一看，是牀板木頭的味道，我家先生説：可能是臭椿樹做的，哎呀媽呀，難以形容

地理位置優越，到哪都很方便，停車也很方便，都免費。前廳有關公，一身正氣！
房間配置挺好，就是飄窗改造成地台是雞肋，而且牆體有裂縫了，要及時處理，地台如果配上茶具可能還好。小縣城，也很不錯了。
順便，旁邊的火鍋店菜品和服務也很不錯。

酒店地處縣城中心地帶，周邊環境繁華，車位充足，停車方便。酒店外觀內飾都很大氣高檔。房間寬敞整潔，乾淨衞生，床品舒適，唯一美中不足是缺少一側的牀頭櫃，使用不便，衹好用屋裡的仿古小桌代替。早餐中規中矩，還行吧。酒店距離縣城的商業古城不遠，步行一公里多，夜晚的古城街景值得一看。前台工作人員服務熱情。

酒店停車方便，一樓大廳大氣有檔次。本可以好好經營的酒店，卻存在嚴重的欺騙行為！攜程網上標註普標35平米，高標45平米。訂了高標入住後發現面積也就35平米，電話詢問前台，答覆是高標和普標房型和麪積一樣，區別在樓層高低。（希望攜程平台規範商家的行為。）
另外，酒店房間窗户很高，把手離地有2.2米高，身高1.70米開關窗户需要藉助椅子；床頭裝飾牆裂損，水泥裸露。見附圖
