We had an absolute great time staying at KHOS for a family trip, just for one night but we enjoyed the hot springs waters at night and the facilities for children during day time. A lot of options to enjoy with family. The staff was great super helpful and nice and the room super nice, very spacious and with nice view. The food was also good but breakfast has not many western options. Overall is a great experience worth the price, great option for a weekend away from the city. I have to say I went during weekday with not many people.

Mayland is a lovely resort. Their staff are very kind and helpful. 雷欣（Suet Yan) was particularly helpful. We couldn’t sort our app to get a car and she helped us. The changing rooms for the resort pool needs a refresh. Even just changing some of the curtains and better lighting will make the place look better. Lots of hot springs to pick from. Nice indoor pool. Need to swim with a swim cap though. Outdoor pool in the photos is actually not accessible by guest. Chinese restaurant was delicious. Buffet was acceptable for 178¥

The hotel is very clean, that is, the quilt cover pillowcase is a bit old. It is also recommended that the store use disposable face towels and bath towels, which are cleaner and hygienic. All drinks in the double-door large refrigerator are free to drink. The living room has a double-headed battery stove, microwave oven, oven, mahjong machine, washing machine. The slightly inconvenient thing is that the hot water time of the private hot spring pool is from 3 pm to 10 pm, and there are about two pools of water. Because the weather is cold, the pool does not swim. There is also an outdoor bath outside the master bedroom. After washing, open the door and enter the room. The selling point of the tea mat twin bed is the soup pool downstairs. The room upstairs is two beds and a bathroom. It is recommended to add a chair and send breakfast to the room but sit on the bed to eat. The temperature was estimated to be below 10 degrees that night. The water in the pool was obviously not hot enough. It could manually burn a few pots of hot water to pour in. The air conditioner in the room has heating to continue life, not afraid of cold. You can go to the town to buy fireworks, which will be half cheaper than the front desk. There is no farm within 4 kilometers nearby, and you have to drive to a place 6 kilometers away to eat. The homestay does not provide refrigerator freezer storage, nor can it bring a lot of things to barbecue hot pot. Slightly inconvenient.

The environment of the hotel is very good, the breakfast and dinner are also very good, the hot spring water is clean, there are many pools, it is very value for money! 👍 Here is a suggestion: It is recommended to replace the free cold drinks in the hot spring pool with other hot tea drinks. The child drank to his heart's content inside, and when he got home, his stomach was full of alcohol and he suffered from abdominal pain all the time. I checked online and found that it is not suitable to drink cold drinks while taking a bath. While providing a variety of convenient facilities, hotels must put the health of tourists first.

Room: Except for the carpet being a little dirty, the overall sanitary environment is quite clean, and the bedding and towels and bathrobes are also washed very clean. The auntie in the indoor hot spring pool also cleans it very carefully. The room has slippers, bathrobes and toothbrushes for children, which is very considerate. Service: The service attitude of both the front desk and the health aunt is very good. When fireworks are set off at night, the hotel manager will let the guests enjoy the fireworks while constantly reminding them to pay attention to safety. When you meet the staff on the street, they will say hello warmly. There are also small gifts given away when leaving the store. Food: Breakfast is mainly Cantonese-style dim sum, which is quite rich. The food in the restaurant is also delicious, clean, and the price/performance ratio is reasonable without huge profits. There are welcome fruits and snacks every day, which is very nice. If we provide pet welcome snacks to guests with pets in the future, it will definitely make more guests feel warm. Facilities: The public hot spring is very clean. After breakfast at 9 o'clock in the morning, I took a walk to the hot spring area. The staff were cleaning the pool, and I found out that they changed the hot spring water every day, which was a plus. There are also many outdoor entertainment facilities on the lawn, and the hotel is pet-friendly, so you don’t have to worry about your furry and naughty children running out of games. The light is obviously not enough, and the downlights are very small. Especially in the bathroom, with black decoration, you can hardly see your face. 3: This time I ordered a double bed cover, but there is not even a place to wash on the first floor. There is no place to wash the tea set (there is only a water source in the bathing pool), there is no place to pour the tea; (Actually, the solution to this problem is very simple, just add a sink next to the bubble pool to solve it.) 5: It’s a good idea to have breakfast delivered to the room, but the product is the same as the budget hotel, and it doesn’t match the villa hotel at this price. The TV in the room is a Xiaomi TV, but it can’t connect to the Internet, so I can’t cast the screen, which is a pity. The hotel has a relatively large garden and various styles of tables and chairs, including long wooden tables and wooden swings for camping. It is good to take a walk, sit and chat. There are also two self-service tea making areas with tea sets and tea leaves. If I can say something bad, the hotel design and scenery and the clothes provided for taking photos are more Japanese style. It would be better if it could be made in Chinese style. Breakfast: There are relatively few types of breakfast in the hotel. There are eggs, corn, porridge, fried dough sticks, fried noodles, and so on. We were not full after the meal, so we went back to the second floor of the hotel to eat porridge and fried dough sticks 😂 One meal was at the beef offal shop opposite the hotel. They said there would be a barbecue in the evening. The seasoning of the barbecue ingredients was not great. The portion of mutton skewers was especially small and the price was not cheap. I really don’t recommend it. When eating, you still have to ask the hotel front desk. Their recommendations are basically more reliable. Among their recommendations, the farther you go into the village, the more reliable and delicious they are. Service: The service is pretty good. We respond quickly to requests and questions. The boss and wife are very easy to talk to.
