AAgina SunilWhile the hotel boasts a range of facilities and enjoys a favourable location, there are areas that require attention. The cleanliness standards are average, and some of the bathroom fittings are damaged, contributing to a water drainage issue. Notably, water tends to flow onto the bathroom floor when flushing the bathtub. And we had to wait almost 2 hrs to get the cleaning services to arrive.

All the amenities and service you would expect from Marriott, however, some issues like the closeness to ski activities compared to shahdag hotel and spa and the snow cannon noise was very annoying outside the hotel, when I requested the hotel they said they were not able to do anything. Also there is issue of room Ac. It does not work and the room becomes very hot due to the heating, you can open the window but the noise from snow cannon is very bad
