It was such a wonderful experience at the resort for the last 3 days of our annual meet, and lot of memories of the same will be carried for a very long time. Beautiful location, great surrounding, clean and very friendly staff. Everything about the Hotel was exceptional, well equipped rooms, excellent area for party, very tasty food ,flawless check in, top class house keeping and F&B services at the very best. The welcome, attention and willingness to please and make customers happy is the best ever example of customer service we have ever experienced. The staff are all amazing at every level and are a credit to the hotel. We would like to say a massive thankyou to our Tui Rep Karen Hall, she has a wealth of knowledge of Goa and goes out of her way to be of assistance. We was at the hotel for Christmas and New Year, I really don't think the staff and ***agement could have done anything more to make the festive session so special. We enjoyed Christmas carols around the tree, a fantastic Christmas Eve and New Years Eve gala events. Special mentions to Rakesh (Mama Mia) who is a true gentle*** also Kartik (Seagull) who is so polite. The pool area is kept immaculately clean. I do think that small tables would be useful at the side of your sunbed. Food in both of the restaurants is worthy of Michelin standard.

The property is nice and good for family corporate stay. The staff is good and helping specially Kalpana and Rimi with there team helped in smooth check in. We would suggest once to stay in the property. Food is also very good with good taste. Nice stay we enjoy. Keep it up.
