Room was clean, food was good, service was good, staff was friendly, room price economical and pocket friendly.

Very poor service. Bad behaviour. Rat was running in room full night no sleep. Intercom was not working. We can’t communicate to reception at midnight. Very bad experience

Very dirty rooms, toilet seats were stained and there were dust all over the room. Inside room there is no facility of tea and bathroom were extremely dirty

Location is very good. Bed was horrible however ours was one night stay. Staff are good, service was good. Attention needed towards cleanliness. Foot rug, chairs were dirty. Food was okay okay.

Currently renovation work is being carried out at the property so please avoid. Also this hotel is not recommended for family. Better options available in the vicinity.

We checked in and got a room on the 5thfloor. Only the reception area is clean. We were shocked to see the fifth floor, corridor was dirty, room was dirty the bedsheets were fully stained and never cleaned. We were not even given a change of room. We had already paid in advance seeing the reviews. Please don't fall for the reviews, the rooms are not worth a single penny.

Room quality is not exactly what's shown in pictures. Otherwise everything is alright. Location is good everything is nearby.
