"Trés bel emplacement pour les transport en commun mais hôtel un peu défraichi. A besoin d'une remise a niveau ....salle de bain ,moquette et papier peint mais rien de grave mais..... "Good environment. Good size room. Bedsheets come with slight black stain. Breakfast is the same every day. Horrible front desk service. Worst experience ever in my numerous trips to Switzerland and staying in different hotels. Requested reception to help book taxi to train station for early morning train to airport 2 days before departure. Reminded them evening before and was assured it has been done. Come time of pickup and no taxi came. Checked with reception and he said need to wait for taxi company to call back and need at least 20 minutes!! Requested him to expedite and he asked me to book uber myself!!!! Installed uber and got myself a vehicle and just in time for the train. Speechless"
