wonderful hotel, but events(bread) poorly controlled.Very loud, disturbed and no respect at all to people in their room . 3 days in the hell with loud music 8 am to 11 pm and drone flying in the morning over our head and inside the building. Manager Mrs Carol just shows up 11am and telling us we should move away to other hotel in town. Too bad

Great place to stay in Volta Redonda, but they need to improve the internet signal on rooms away from the hotel lobby. There is no internet available to guests on hotel’s rooms.

Um hotel muito agradável e aconchegante cercado por uma área verde que transmite um ar bucólico ao local e também conta com um conjunto de serviços eficientes. Recomendo demais, principalmente para quem quer descansar do ri**o da cidade grande.

Já é a terceira vez que ficamos lá, pois temos família na cidade. Acho a construção do hotel linda, é um prédio antigo, mas está precisando de manutenção e conservação. Precisamos de passadoria e não tem! Somente para entrega em 24h e nem um ferro de passar para emergências pode ser disponibilizado. As toalhas estão muito usadas, precisando de troca. O café da manhã sem muita opção. Atendimento poderia ser melhor, até por se tratar de um hotel-escola. A administração tem um prédio histórico nas mãos e poderia fazer melhor uso.

O Bela Vista costumava ser um hotel de alto padrão. Os quartos estão todos reformados, o que é bom. Mas ao menos o quarto que fiquei a água não escoa adequadamente no box, acumulando e transbordando se tomar um banho de mais de 5 minutos. O café da manhã costumava ser o grande diferencial de Volta Redonda. Hoje é um dos pontos mais fracos do hotel. Muito pobre. Outro fator que também segue muito ruim, é o Wi-Fi. Passa ano após o outro e esse problema persiste.
