Hotel Bacher

It was really a really great stay through and through. The ski area (especially for children) is just around the corner, the breakfast was delicious, the service was attentive and friendly throughout, the pool was warm and children loved playing there, and the evening meal was varied. The rooms are warm, modern and spacious and are serviced daily by room service. Hotel Bacher keeps its promise - you can relax and unwind very well. Thank you very much for a wonderful time!

Hotel surrounded by greenery, away from traffic and at 1,600 meters. Easily accessible and close to numerous points of interest. Recently renovated hotel with very clean and spacious rooms, large bathroom with bidet. The food was excellent with a choice of two courses of first and second courses with a starter buffet of salads and more (soups and/or broth with tortellini, pastina etc. are available every evening), a different dessert every evening and drinks not included. The breakfast was also excellent with lots of good things to eat. The spa is excellent with an indoor swimming pool of a more than satisfactory size, Turkish bath and sauna, all included in the price. Courteous and helpful staff. We will definitely return and certainly also in winter.

Room 208 with no clear view of the cross-country ski trail and a bad mattress, despite booking over a year ago. Despite repeated information at reception, a very soft mattress was not replaced, although we complained several times for health reasons (slipped disc). One mattress that obviously had a bulge that was visible to the naked eye was replaced, the other was not. All of this was done without asking whether the defect had been remedied. The superior room was much too small for 3 people and winter luggage. It was not possible to change to the family room for an additional charge. The evening meal was varied, but culinary on the level of a mediocre motorway service station. Cream was repeatedly added to too many dishes. The breakfast buffet was extensive but the same every day. Fried eggs were available at breakfast for an additional charge. Bread and dishes were not labeled. On the first few days the room was poorly heated and the bathroom lukewarm. Prices at the somewhat dated in-house bar were moderate for a hotel. No information about packed lunches for departure the evening before (in case you wanted to skip the last night because of traffic congestion). We asked that the chef was not prepared to prepare dinner an hour earlier. However, the service at breakfast, dinner and at the bar was very courteous and friendly.

Hotel in an excellent position in the immediate vicinity of the cross-country ski runs, excellent cuisine with attention to detail, excellent quality/price ratio, kindness and courtesy of the family, ready to satisfy every question. An experience to be repeated for sure

I stayed a week in this hotel for the Sant'Ambrogio bridge and I had a great time. Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, excellent wellness center with swimming pool and sauna. Both breakfast and dinner were good. Perfect for cross-country skiers like us, the hotel is directly on the slopes. I hope to return there soon.

Excellent hotel, courtesy, cuisine, cleanliness and rooms. The place is lovely. Thank you. We will return when possible. Even in summer it must be very beautiful. In winter the snow makes it very suggestive and welcoming

Exceptional hotel in a corner of paradise. Great attention to the customer. One of the best breakfasts I've ever tasted, both in terms of assor**ent and quality. Even at dinner, foods that are not excessively heavy. Mr. Bacher I believe and hope to see you again next year

Hotel surrounded by greenery, good services for children with a small playground outside, an internal children's room and swimming pool. Spacious room and discreet cleanliness. Clean common areas. Overall good. Slow service at breakfast and dinner and menu could be improved. Breakfast not very rich in products and once finished they were slowly put back. On the last day he caused a delay due to an inconvenience by calling the hotel at 7pm, dinner start time, to inform him of the 45 minute delay, i.e. 7.45pm. The owner was not very understanding, almost irritated, and once the bill had been paid and then she had explained the inconvenience and the negative review that we would later give for what happened and also pointed out that charging 2 euros for tap water in a carafe seemed unfair to us even though we were aware of the price and having paid for everything without asking for any price reduction she and her husband they replied that if we didn't like it we could GO BACK TO OUR HOME.... UNCOMMENTABLE. NICE HOTEL, IT'S A SORRY THAT EDUCATION AND HOSPITALITY ARE SOMETHING VERY FAR FROM THIS STRUCTURE. We definitely didn't feel welcome or treated.
