I recently had the pleasure of staying at W Hotel Hong Kong and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff exuded warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness, making me feel instantly welcome.
The design of the hotel is ultra-modern and stylish, blending luxury with a vibrant, energetic atmosphere. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the in-room amenities—from the plush bathrobes to the Nespresso machine—made my stay even more indulgent.
The rooftop infinity pool is a highlight and arguably one of the best in the city. Swimming above the skyline is an experience I won’t soon forget. The gym is also well-equipped and open 24 hours, which was perfect for my schedule.
Dining at the hotel was equally impressive. I particularly enjoyed breakfast at KITCHEN, where the spread included both local delicacies and international favorites. The attention to detail and service quality stood out throughout.
Lastly, the location is fantastic—right above Elements Mall and directly connected to Kowloon Station, making travel to the airport and around the city incredibly convenient.
W Hong Kong delivers a flawless combination of luxury, comfort, and vibrant energy. I highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers looking for a premium stay in the heart of Hong Kong.

Very good hotel and great experience. Check in was smooth with Edith providing great service.
Bed, amenities, overall service was very good.
Only fault I found was the Air Conditioning was broken and although the rooms were changed right away, I think this should have been caught during the previous guest’s stay.
Again everything was excellent just one inconvenience.

What truly set Lanson Place Causeway Bay apart, however, was the exceptional service. The hotel is very well maintained with class and elegance. Location is great. Service is good. Checkin process is slow. Maybe not enough front desk persons? My room faced the Highway side. It was a little noisy. There is a Michelle 3 star restaurant Tang Ge inside the hotel which is great. Overall is good experience.

We booked for 5 nights stay with Conrad, upon check-in we received conrad Teddy with rose petals on the bed and the bedroom is overseeing Hong Kong Peak view . The view is magnificent .
- room size is decent for HK but slightly small comparing to Conrad LA & Conrad Tokyo.
- room is a little old fashion and outdated and there's ”MOULDY” smell in the room, we are not very enjoying the smell despite the view
-Make up room has separate bath-tub, shower, toilet and 2 basin which are good for couple
-they have a lobby bar good for light snack and se live music in the late evening
- breakfast spread is TERRIBLE WITH LIMITED OPTIONS & QUALITY IS LOW for CONRAD . We went for 2 days same breakfast menu and we didn't go for the rest I'd the day
-location of the hotel is good, you press level 3 and it brings u to Pacific place good for shopping and meals.

MMonica_ChiI recently stayed at Disney Explorers Lodge for two nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is beautifully themed with a lot of attention to detail, offering a peaceful, nature-inspired atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, perfect for families or anyone looking to unwind.
One thing to note is that the location is a bit removed from nearby restaurants and shopping areas, which might be a bit inconvenient if you're looking to explore the surrounding area. If you're mainly interested in staying on the resort, this won't be an issue, but for those wanting to venture out, the limited options nearby could feel a bit isolating.
For me, two nights felt like a bit much, and I think one night would have been sufficient for the experience, especially considering the distance from other amenities. However, the overall experience was still enjoyable, and I'd recommend it if you're looking for a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle.

AAlb33The hotel room is fine.
I was planning to book it for wedding day, but knowing the price of wedding purpose room is 3 times more expensive than the same room that not for wedding, it’s way too overpriced!!’
Especially we are not doing any deco or needed a parking whatsoever.
Therefore, we booked the hotel next door which gave us opposite experience and it costed us 3000 more instead of 10K.

DDidi89Brilliant stay and service was lovely from staff. Was gifted a restaurant coupon to celebrate my nephews birthday. I booked Mountain View room but they upgraded to sea view room! Would definitely book another staycation here!
GGuest UserNice short trip to GC hotel. Kids friendly hotel with good choices of things to do. Close to the beach and main shopping and dining area. Considering this hotel has been around for years, the hotel itself and the room was kept clean and well maintained. Will come back again.
GGuest UserNice but dated hotel located very close to Hung Hom station. Very easy to get to from the airport, high speed rail station, and anywhere on the MTR. Everything worked, the beds are fine and the bathroom was fine, but it felt a bit rushed and like not a lot of care was taken. No filtered water available, had to buy in 7 Eleven in the shopping centre, and the instant coffee wasn't refilled. The nearest food options are food court restaurants in the shopping centre, but the location to the MTR made it easy to get around. There is no expensive buffet on site, and a nice outdoor area called The Patio with a beautiful view. Pretty expensive for what it was, but it did the trick for a few days. Definitely needs a refresh and some clean water to be available, but it was packed, so they probably won't renovate any time soon.

JJames EdwardA good hotel and the staff are very nice too, but there shouldnt be smoking in the rooms. The windows are sealed shut, as its a tall building, so once cigarette smoke gets into the air con system it will circulate to other rooms. Even a small amount is enough to wake me. They need to make the no smoking policy clearer. Its a problem in China. Otherwise a good stay though.

MMANASVINIGreat rooms, i would say room is big and spacious for 2, considering its Hong Kong. Love that it has a bidet style toilet(like those Japanese ones). Smart hotel- Room lights, curtains and air cond can be controlled through an ipad or even manually with switches. Sufficient plug points next to bed on both sides. Large TV, that can access Netflix.
A 5 mins walk to the nearest TST MTR, McDonalds is opposite the hotel, lots of eateries nearby, theres a close by Mall as well- K11 Artmall.
Check in is easy, Just that if you book through trip.com maybe just email the hotel before your trip to get their booking ID just as a confirmation , as when I called they had some difficulty locating the reservation and was instructed to email them the Trip.com hotel voucher, but they replied swiftly with a new ID number through email.

IIeongThe hotel was located in a shopping mall. Bus stops, restaurants and pharmacy are just downstairs, very convenient. The hot shower water was also stable.
The Cons are its old facilities, since it's built in 1991, the only renovated part seems to be the wall and the sofas in the hotel rooms; the air con was a bit noisy for me, I needed to switch it off in order to be able to fell asleep. The windows were locked, you can't open it.
