Immerso in un'oasi verde, attualmente, l'odore del gelsomino concilia il sonno. Sono felice di averlo scoperto e di aver soggiornato li. Struttura ben posizionata, soprattutto che ha degli interessi presso il Foro Italico di Roma. L'ordine, la pulizia e la discrezione fanno da "padroni". La gentilezza del personale è un valore aggiunto. Ottimo il rapporto prezzo/qualità. Lo raccomando vivamente.

Posizione eccellente per i mezzi dove puoi raggiungere il centro in breve tempo. Bella zona e palazzo molto bello. La struttura internamente nuova. Si tratta di un seminterrato con finestre ampie. Materasso e cuscini non comodissimi. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il riscaldamento risolto con gentilezza e tempestività dal gestore. Camera spaziosa con riferimenti alla bicicletta molto carini.. Manca una piccola luce sui comodini. Alcune piccole pecche anche nel bagno tipo la tenda per la doccia e scarsi appendini per asciugamani. La colazione con prodotti confezionati in una cucina condivisa.. Idea carina! Magari interessante tornare nella stagione estiva.

Stanza poco illuminata, branda al posto di un letto e colazione con brioches da supermercato. Nulla da dire sul resto (pulizia, host ed altro). Appena sufficiente.

La struttura si trova all’interno di una palazzina senza ascensore molto carina e ben curata. La posizione è assai silenziosa e vicina alla Città del Vaticano. Struttura semplice ma ben tenuta e pulita. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento. In generale valuto ottimo il mio soggiorno in questa struttura.

Ottima posizione per chi deve andare al Foro Italico, tutto super organizzati e ottima pulizia. Trovato veramente pulitissimo e anche con ottima posizione. Molto bene anche la possibilità di poter lasciare le valige fino a tardi
