The hotel is really far from the city center. Every time you want to go to Rome, the Vatican, or even the airport, you have to pay at least €40 for a taxi. You might save money on the hotel rate, but you'll end up paying double for transportation. Public transport is also far from the hotel, and you have to change lines multiple times.

Preety good for the value

I have fully paid for the booking online which has included everything ie city tax and other fees but upon check out, the staff still request for city tax totalling €72. After showing the confirmation email, the staff still dragged us long before our check out is completed. They should have liaised with trip.com instead

It was a beautiful hotel! The access is not so good, but it is cheap so I recommend it. The drinks at the bar were also delicious.

The airport is very close, but a taxi costs 43 euros, which is outrageous! The biggest disadvantage is that there are cleaning staff who steal things!

It is strange that there is no free shuttle bus in Italy. There are dozens of people in a bus, and each person is 10 euros. A bus also costs 400-500 euros. It only takes 15 minutes, which is too much. There is no public transportation nearby. 2. Hygiene The hotel is a bit old and the hygiene is average. Overall, I was very satisfied. The breakfast was also very delicious. To get to the city center, you need to take a bus or walk about 20 minutes to the station and then take the train. If you have time, I recommend taking the bus.
