Compared to other hotels in Rome, the service at this hotel is really great!

Clean and welcoming hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Good location, I managed to find car parking without problems and in Rome it is absolutely not obvious

Friendly and helpful staff. Room a bit cramped and badly reduced in some elements (broken lamp, leaking shower, toilet with signs). Old and noisy air conditioning system.

Very good hotel. Comfortable, quiet, pleasant atmosphere and staff is very helpful. They are very friendly, and will do what they can to help you out and make you feel comfortable. I would certainly consider staying here again next time I'm in Rome.

Wonderful hotel! Very beautiful lobby and hall! Lovely delicious breakfasts, very welcoming and friendly staff. The rooms are nice and comfortable too. We stayed in a room for two and it was very convenient. And I would like to mention especially the very nice soft bed and the big shower. Also the hotel has its own bikes and there is a park nearby where you can cycle or run in the morning. The location is great - even though it is not very close to the subway, it is extremely close to the bus station and to the city center of Rome even on foot. The area is very clean and beautiful, the hotel itself is right next to the embassy so it is very safe around. Thank you very much to the hotel and the staff for our stay! Photographer Polina

If this was a review about the help and kindness of the staff, it would be a 5 star straight away. We had a few problems with 2 separate rooms, however Francesco was absolutely wonderful and helped resolve the issues. The reception areas of the hotel have been well restored and look nice, however the rooms are a little tired and perhaps a little muddled with the styling. The boutique feeling is not continued throughout, however the bed was comfy, and breakfast tasty, with take away boxes made up for any early starts. While it is not on an immediate metro line, there are buses / trams nearby and we ended up doing a lot of walking - for context, the Trevi Fountain is about a 30 - 40 minute walk, and The Vatican was about an hours walk.

This hotel is terrible. Don't be cheated by the pictures. This hotel is marketing as a 4-star hotel with very nice looking rooms on KeyTravel. Below are the pictures from my room, which is absolutely not 4-star standard and the standard of their pictures. Also, the room is very noisy. I always heard person talking, walking, opening doors outside. I paid £527 for 5 nights, which is completely not worth this room.

Unfortunately the hotel was very tiered looking especially the rooms. We was put in a room on the downstairs when we arrived and was told we got an upgrade but it was anything els so small with the tiny window so we asked for a different room and got that the next day. But then they asked us to move to a different room again as ours was booked up..?? Not very nice experience as we felt the hotel does us a favour to stay there but in actual fact we’re the guests..??! Think overall needs to be updated and organised much better.

I’ve had the loveliest stay here over the last few days, I can’t say enough good things about it! The hotel is beautiful, with some original features. My room was plenty big enough, clean and had a lovely view from its balcony. Breakfast every morning was great, with plenty to pick from. The courtyard bar was a lovely setting/atmosphere, with great cocktails. Ate there one evening and food was gorgeous. Above all though, the staff were fantastic. Friendly and kind, they answered any questions I had about transport, restaurants, airport transfers. A Really personal experience. I loved that I was far out enough from the hustle of Rome City Centre but able to get there on the easy transport links. Was nice to return to a peaceful place after a day on the go. Rome itself, was stunning and I hope to return one day Thank You x

Hotel Villa Grazioli is such a wonderful hotel, situated in one of the most elegant and peaceful areas in Rome! We loved our stay there, the stuff and service are impeccable. The breakfast is very delicious, with the dear lady Alexandra who is there to assure everything is perfect. In the night, there is a new bar that opened and we had such an amazing time with delicious cocktails and also the barman is such a nice and a lovely person. We really liked our room and the view from our balcony. And you can even rent bikes and it is perfect because around you there is a lot of green spaces where you can ride them, because the Hotel is situated between Borghese gardens and Villa Savoia. In one word: magnifico!

Well ! So disapointing ! The triple room is not a triple room but a double room + an additonal bed in the corridor. The water pressure was so low that it is very difficult to wash our long hair :-( The nice garden sold on the website had work in progress without any prior notice when we booked our simili-triple room. I trully will not advise others tourists to go there.
