The hotel itself was very nice and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The only criticism I have is that the location is not near any of the major attractions and so we ended up having to take taxis everywhere which ended up being very costly, especially in Rome. The room was very clean and quiet. There was a nice little courtyard in the back where we could enjoy an afternoon cocktail. There was also a nice breakfast every morning. Overall, it was a great hotel, just in an inconvenient location.

The hotel is very beautiful and cozy. The breakfast is varied, the coffee is delicious. The staff was very friendly and happy to help with all the questions: where to go, what public transport is best to choose, where to have a delicious dinner and eat ice cream. I will definitely come back!

I had a wonderful experience surrounded by really friendly staff. I needed to work on my computer after checking out, and they kindly let me use the desk in the lobby. I would recommend this hotel.

A bit away from the center, but there is enough transport. The area is safe. The furnishings in the room require a little updating, but the stay was comfortable. Except for the very narrow mattress. Welcoming structure, professional and helpful staff, room with spacious terrace for breakfast and aperitif, what could you ask for from a stay in a 4 star hotel! 5 min. walk from Villa Ada Park and excellent restaurants away from the tourist chaos. It will be our reference structure for our next visits to Rome. The only observation is that breakfast, although varied, should prefer higher quality products (no packaged jams)

The garden bar hosts very loud, techno parties at night. It literally sounds as though you are at a rave in your room .Yes, they stop it at 11, but it certainly was not the vibe I was looking for .

We were very disappointed with the room provided. It was dated, musty, mould in the bathrooms, bathroom fixtures such as shower soap tray hanging off the wall, air con would not go below 25 degrees. We had to change hotel after our first night here as we felt dirty staying in such a place! How this is a 4 star hotel is beyond us! However, the staff were understanding and tried to help us, we moved room which was better initially, but unfortunately we think the standard rooms are just run down and in desperate need of a complete renovation. Unfortunately we will not recommend this hotel.
