Good enough hotel for this money, friendly stuff, good breakfast and location. Bad hair drier, you need to take yours

Excellent hotel, located near the station, convenient. Cleaning every day, breakfast excellent

The location was perfect, very close to the station. The water in the shower was lukewarm once, but other than that it was very good.

The hotel is okay. It's just that it's a bit old over time, but it's still very clean. The lady at the front desk is also very nice. We left early and packed breakfast for us in advance.

The location was very good, close to Termini station. There was a proper elevator, and there were no steps on the premises, so there was no problem with large luggage. All of the staff at the front desk were polite and pleasant. The room was sufficient as I only needed to sleep. There is no free water, toothbrush, shampoo, etc. When I asked to leave my luggage after checking out, they happily gave me a room to store my luggage. He showed me around, but since it wasn't locked and anyone could come in and out, I thought I'd have to be a little careful. Overall I'm very satisfied.

To begin with, I have not stayed at the Hotel Raeli Lazio (which I booked) because they relocated me without any explanation. I cannot assess something that I have not enjoyed, nor do I consider that I should pay for something that I reserved and that I did not have. If I have to assess where I stayed (or rather, where you chose me to stay) the score is 0. Hotel, experience, service, staff, extremely demeaning. A shame.

The room facilities are very old and the same. There is a small smell when entering the room. The sheets are not clean There is a shampoo, but no hot water boiler There are few kinds of breakfast, so I don't have any expectations 🤣

This property was super easy to locate from the Rome Termini (my first time in Rome). Just a few minutes walk away and clear signs. The front desk receptionist (Christina) was excellent. She went well above my expectations helping us navigate Rome and make reservations. We were able to store our luggage when we arrived (at 10 am) and go back later to check in which was super convenient. Our room was adequate although we didn't figure out how to work the A/C. The bathroom was large and the whole room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. However, the walls must be paper thin. Snoring from the room next to mine kept me awake much of the night. This is my only complaint with this facility.

There was a great temperature control during the winter season. There was a great heat pad in the bathroom.The surrounding environment was silent even it is near the Termini station. One drawback was that there was always tiny debris coming out from the tap water so I suggested they should add a filtering system for the tap water.

Stayed here for 3 nights for the 6 Nations weekend. Nice hotel, well positioned, almost opposite the Termini. Room was more than adequate and very clean. Staff were all friendly and buffet breakfast more than adequate for our requirements.

Not a best one to be honest. Especially breakfast. We came late, but 9 o'clock is still should be another hour to go. No tea. Half of the food not replenished. December and just tiny sheet to cover ourselves. Not awefull, but nothing to be excited about.

To be completely honest after reading some reviews we were dreading the absolute worst , which it wasn't far from the rooms we're tiny and floor space non existent ( we struggled to open our cases ) . We had curtains on our beds and there were multiple questionable stains not only on the beds but a rather odd white stain on the TV stand giving the hotel a sleezy nasty feel that we had to clean up . Electrical sockets are placed in a way that when u plug an adaptor in it forces you to have the switch next to it on meaning lights on until your done with it , their also above the beds meaning u can hit ur head on them easily . Not an issue for us but the fridge wasn't cold and again not an issue but the shower is placed rather strangely in the middle of the tub with no curtain meaning alot of mess. Not the most safe feeling in the hotel with the door locks being temperamental and the windows being easy to get into . Breakfast was edible as long as you avoid the unrefrigerated meat and cheese , pastries were okay however. The location was great with the tube next door and lots of shops and bars nearby as well as classic tourist attractions . Overall I'd say try out the other hotels in the area but if your in a pinch it will do just about not pleasant tho .

The property is a 2 minute walk to Roma Termini. We had an early morning train so stayed close to the train station and were able to get a triple room for a great price. The property was clean. The beds were comfortable, the towels were a bit ragged, and the bathroom was very small but for one night it was fine. I would not stay at the property for more than one night but it is perfect to catch an early train departure.
