Nice hotel. Clean and tidy. Location is good.

10 minutes walk from Ottaviano metro station. The room was very clean and there was a CD music player with a disc loaded for you to "feel the sound". Soap and body wash smelled very nice.

Everything was great. Clean, great room. I was in town for an AS football game, the Stadio Olimpico is within walking distance.

We really liked the hotel. Firstly, it’s creative: you can turn on music both in the room itself and in the toilet. The room is quiet. Good breakfasts. 7-8 minutes to the metro. Nearby there is a supermarket, a farm shop with cheeses and meat.

The service is very good. There is a Chinese waiter who can provide more local information. It is very useful. The breakfast of 5 euros is very affordable and the food is sufficient. The bus station is very close. The subway station is 11 minutes away. It is also 10 minutes to go to Vatican. It is nearby. There is also a church within three minutes, which is very convenient for Catholics.

lovely compact hotel close to Vatican City. Some lovely coffee shops within easy walking distance. Hotel was basic but clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to other users.

Room and bathroom was very clean. Not a brand new bathroom but had all the necessary amenities. Location and price were good.

I would personally not recommend this hotel for families. There are only 2 family rooms and both are located down by the reception and to make matters worse, the rooms are also right next to where the breakfast buffet is. The room we got had no wardrobes which is very impractical if you have children and plan to be in Rome for several days. The room (902) also has a very bad smell, which they try to mask with a lot of air freshener. Overall we had a good stay. It was a unique hotel - we had a mirror disco ball in the bathroom. Comfy beds, good a/c. Location was good for the Vatican. Our issue was with the service. Stefano in particular. We were quoted one price for an airport transfer and then an hour later with Stefano, we were quoted 20 euros higher and he gave us quite an attitude. I was shocked that someone in hospitality would behave this way. He should not be front facing with customers. We all got the vibe from him that he hated tourists.
