Room wasnt ready after check in time Room had a odd stench, sheets looked old, water system in the showers always switched between cold and hot a lot Walls are thin so i could hear kids being loud at late nights Saw the free provided breakfast and wasn't pleased

The hotel and staff were nice but hotel rooms don’t have AC

The food was very simple but good for the price. ❤️😍😔

The room environment is poor, there are no towels and other toiletries, the most important thing is that the socket in the room is broken, it cannot be charged, and the windows are not closed tightly. Subscription is not recommended.

Since my wife and I arrived, the trea**ent was very kind by all the staff, in person and on the phone. The facilities are clean and beautiful, very close to the beach and the tourist area, we did not have to use the vehicle! The rooms are very comfortable (eye, they do not have a blanket, but we did not request any either) The stay is highly recommended, and wl breakfast Uff!

Security was very difficult and harrassed us twice however it seemed the issue well the guest next door.

There was no tv control in the room, and no phone to communicate with the front desk. I went downstairs to the front desk to request a TV control, and I was told that they will be bringing one to the room, but they never went and we finally fall asleep. The breaksfats was free for adult, but I paid $30 for hot cakes for my three kids, they never said that I would have to pay for my kids' breaskfast.

The staff is really friendly… but the fact they charge for simple ICE was a little frustrating

The receptionist that checked us in was great! She was very helpful, friendly, and went above to make sure our late night check in went smooth. The following concierge Elena was snotty , stuck up, and her attitude was horrible. Itzel the waiter in Azul añil was fantastic. I ordered an oatmeal and asked for bananas. She sent a worker to buy some for me to enjoy with my breakfast. The rooms are clean but the building is a bit run down. The standard and “premium “ room are the same just one wall is painted a different color.

personnel were really friendly and helpful, especially Alejandra at the front desk.

I love the breakfast buffet and all the staff. I didn't like the room because its windows didn't close and make a lot of noise, also the tv didn't work, there was no cold water on the sink and the pillows had a dirty smell.

The restaurant service was very slow, and the menu was limited to tacos and sandwiches at premium prices.
