Upon entering the hotel, you immediately notice the outstanding service quality. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. Throughout our stay, whether we had questions or requests, the staff were consistently attentive, thoughtful, and quick to respond, truly making us feel at home. The service was indeed excellent. Stepping into the room, our first impression was how spacious and comfortable it felt. The room was generously sized with a well-designed layout, feeling very airy and unconfined, which made for a truly relaxing and comfortable experience. A particular highlight was the large floor-to-ceiling windows, which not only provided excellent natural light but also offered breathtaking panoramic views. Whether it was cityscapes or natural scenery, everything was within sight, greatly enhancing the overall enjoyment of our stay. The hotel's breakfast was another major highlight, with an extensive and varied selection. Ranging from Chinese dim sum and congee to Western breads, salads, and hot dishes, alongside fresh fruits and beverages, there was truly something for everyone. The quality was excellent, catering to diverse tastes and providing a perfect energy boost to start the day. Additionally, the hotel's supplementary services were very impressive: Laundry/Dry Cleaning Service: We utilized their laundry service, and the process was convenient, with items returned promptly, clean, and neatly pressed. A truly professional and reliable service. Gym: Though we didn't spend much time there, the gym was well-equipped and well-maintained, sufficient for basic guest fitness needs, and a definite bonus during our trip."
