"We booked a double room with breakfast for two via Trip.com. However, upon arrival, the hotel system only showed the reservation for one person. Fortunately, the lady at the front desk was very kind and helped resolve the issue. We confirmed at the counter that the booking included a room for two and breakfast for two. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again the next morning — the system could not find any record of our breakfast booking. I resent the booking confirmation through Trip.com’s AI system, and while the hotel staff did their best to assist, the misalignment between Trip.com and the hotel system caused unnecessary inconvenience. I’m sharing this experience in hopes that it helps improve the overall booking process. Aside from this issue, the hotel was convenient to reach from Zurich Airport via Bus 510, and the facilities matched the photos."

"Close to Zurich airport. There is a market and cafe nearby. room cleaning was nice. There was no hot water heater and coffee or tea in the rooms. If you want to buy it from the coffee machine in the lobby, the price is around 4 Euros. We liked it overall."

"The hotel is new and immaculate. Open plan bathroom which some couples may not like. There is a MacDonalds immediately next door and also microwavable food in addition to a breakfast and dinner restaurant and bar. The only issue I had was at check-in, the receptionist failed to tell us that we would have to purchase a ticket to take the ”free shuttle” to the airport for our flight and therefore assuming it was free we sat on the minibus but were told to get off and buy a ticket causing us to waste a further 30mins. The cost of the shuttle was CHF8 per person so its cheaper for a group of people to order a taxi using Uber. DO NOT USE taxis which park themselves outside the hotel carpark, they will charge you CHF 60 per journey and give you a ”city tour” if you dont speak fluent German. Taxi drivers rarely speak English and nearly all taxis seem to be driven by immigrants. Swiss police wont help so video any confrontations and send to the Minister of Tourism. The hotel is quite far from the airport so you need a car to get to and from the airport. There is no tram stop around."

"Pros -price - relatively close to the train station  - facilities  - relatively clean except for some mold near the shower area - coffee machine - comfy bed - complimentary shuttle service from airport to hotel, which we weren’t aware of until we got there - breakfast was decent Cons - lack of food options nearby, couple of fast food outlet - for some reason the bed was made up for only 1 person when we clearly indicated two people in the booking. There was only one mug  &  glass too. - only one complimentary water bottle - coffee pods weren’t replaced unless asked - housekeeping needs to be requested daily too  - while the hotel is 15mins away from main Zurich station, the area itself isn’t very pedestrian friendly. Little tricky to cross the roads with all the luggages and walk down to the hotel. Overall, it was a good stay regardless"

"Our first time staying here. There's a free hotel shuttle from ZRH Airport. Outside from Arrival 2 to the left side and the shuttle bus was on the middle curb. From hotel to ZRH Airport, they charge CHF10 per pax. Room was small but we enjoyed our stay. Ironing facilities & hair dryer provided. It's 8 mins walking distance to Rùmlang train station."

"Our family of six stayed a the Capsule Hotel - Alpine Garden Zurich Airport to have a few hours to sleep comfortably between two connecting flight with an overnight layover. The Capsule Hotel is right at the airport in Zurich, easy to find, to access, to check in and out even at late or very early hours - everything is automated, so no personal contact is needed. When booking I could add that I would like the capsules to be adjacent to each other and received an email that that will be taken care of. So it was. The capsules were super clean, quite spacious (our cabin luggage fit in conveniently) and nicely set up, lighting was warm and for my taste perfect. It said that the air in the cabin is being exchanged 22 times a day, so the feel should be like the window in a room is always open. I had a quite good night. My husband and one of my kids felt like there was not enough oxygen in the capsule despite the air exchange. Obviously, we could hear the guest of the other capsules (altogether 26 in that room) come and go even though everyone tried to be as quiet as possible, but that was acceptable, given the fact that the capsule hotel concept includes coming and going whenever the respective flights arrive/depart. If you get an upper capsule you'll have to do a bit of an exercise to get up and down, but that's not so bad after all. 😉 Access to the capsules is via code that will be sent to you after check-in and is also access to the room where your block of capsules are in. There is a women and men bathroom, each set up nicely, with separate shower and changing cabins, a pile of floor mats to use, toilets, basins, mirrors - all was clean and looked very natural with a lot of wood being used for decorating/building. Altogether, I great concept, a convenient stay, I'm very glad that we could try it out! The next morning, we were at our check-in in no time - seriously cool!"

"The location was excellent and we could check in at the airport terminal within a 15-minute walking distance. Besides, the railway terminal was nearby and there was train towards Zurich city center about every 30 minutes. The hotel was clean, tidy and stylish. Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. "The hotel environment is very good, right next to the airport. Compared with the hotels in the city, the room is large enough. There is a small hill outside the window, and you can go up and down by tram. The front desk is professional and friendly. This time it was the Christmas season, and the front desk gave a lot of Christmas market tour suggestions and routes. The stay experience was very good."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room itself was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is well-connected, with buses and trains nearby, making it easy to reach the city center in just 10-15 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and convenient location."

"Amazing location, just 1 min walk away from tram and 2 short stops away from Airport. The frequency is also quite high so you can reach airport in less than 15 minutes. Room is small at 14sqm but it's very clean and spacious enough for us to open 2 big luggages at the same time. However, do note that there's no lock on the toilet & shower door. Shower door is also very translucent. The shower door stopper wasn't working well so it flooded our room a little. All in all, highly recommended."
