"A room within a house. Small and a bit to cosy, your neighbors are literally on the otherside of the wall. There is no elevator as mentioned but the stairs are steep to the top floor, as reception is unattended, you will have to carry your own bags up and down those stairs so pack lightly. If you are in the room with its on bathroom, the bathroom size is inappropriate for adults, toilet to wall space slim to none. Before you get there, you are supposed to fill in an online check-in sheet which once confirmed will give you door codes. This email was not sent prior to our arrival so we were left figuring things out late at night. A cramped and awkward stay unfortunately."

"The homeowner is super good, the room is great, clean and comfortable, humane, a great experience, I knew I would book this home early. There is a coffee shop downstairs and the taste is great. Going out and checking out and meeting the passengers who came to live again, I think we will come back later."

"There are many restaurants around at a reasonable price near Cbd. It seems to be a place where the traditional elevator and the newly renovated interior are swamped. You can cook in your room and you can cook your own T-bon steak at Coles, 5 minutes walk."

"I stayed at devere hotel for many many years and occasionally is for business and study likewise as the room is very cosy, clean and quiet so I can focus and concentrate during stay a late night as is more peaceful environment surround with plants, with neighbourhoods and restaurants bar with entertainment nearby. It is close by walking and feel safer if u walk alone at night. The size of room is very reasonable depends the number of guests and different rate tailored from what you need and want with your own budget. "Great location and great people. For the price it is very good. Points of criticism: - If you have the upper bed, you don't have a socket on the bed. You may be lucky that there is an extension cable - there are no curtains on the beds. So zero privacy"
