overall idea. The best is to drive to the resort . The hotel provides breakfast. In the night the Chinese restaurant served dinner. We arrive in October cooling weather good for a dip in the 温泉。we book a room that have a pool in level one . Open public pool have up to 40 type to choose . They do have Villas.

The Hotel is nice but the breakfast is a disaster. Also the Hotel needs some refreshments. The toilet was broken in our room we needed use lobby toilet.

服務：工作人員非常親切友善，安排工作做得及時到位。每天兩趟高鐵站到酒店接送服務，守時有禮。
環境：
酒店地理環境依山傍水，確實非常好，遠離市區專門來吸氧是不錯的。這兩天温差大，早上能看到煙霧繚繞的仙境情景，很漂亮。酒店園區的小瀑布水量蠻大的，也值得一看。
房內設施比較完善，陽台還有浴缸和一次性沐浴裝備免費使用，不過因為晚上冷就沒用到了。另外枕頭有幾種選擇，可以按照需求很櫃枱講，冰箱有水和汽水免費喝，第二天會及時補充。
Leon經理細心有禮，當時我們衹看到送兩次接送服務，跟對方反饋以後，經理表示可以直接聯繫櫃枱可以享受多次服務！非常棒！方便了我們第二天去櫻花公園。另外，有送精美水果和美味的特產芝麻餅給我們品嚐。非常感謝！
有待提高的部分：希望温泉的種類可以更豐富一些就更好了。桑拿房我們貌似沒見到，奔着泡完温泉想去汗蒸一下，結果沒發現。

交通：我選擇自駕，廣州番禺出發3.5H到達，高鐵的話可提前和酒店預訂可接送。酒店內有特斯拉（2塊錢一度電）和小鵬充電樁，到達即可充電。
吃飯：我是晚上21:00到達的，就先辦理入住了，讓孩子們吃了一點隨身準備的小零食先去泡湯了（温泉區是23:30結束）。泡完温泉點了酒店餐廳的幹炒牛河（味道超級贊），牛肉串羊肉串我感覺不咋樣，宵夜時間加收了15%服務費（可接受）。早餐是自助餐，種類繁多，水果新鮮，麪包香口，我感覺早餐都大差不差啦。泡完温泉後可以下午在周邊吃個農家菜，這裏的水庫魚一定要試試，畢竟是山清水秀的魚很鮮美。
服務：不管是酒店區域前台還是温泉區域前台都還蠻不錯的，看我帶娃就給了我離温泉區比較近的房間，牙刷拖鞋浴巾打電話補給也是很快就送達了。温泉區的工作人員也很好，全程微笑交談，温泉區有免費美食坊提供能量補充。
水質：真温泉水，我們玩了很久手指都不會泡褶皺，工作人員會在早上換水，温泉池水温都是45度內。小童樂園區域問了工作人員週一到週五沒有温水，週六日會放水温在35度內。其實也還好，因為一直泡温泉，身上很熱，我讓小寶也下去冷水區玩了一會。
韶關乳源好山好水，離丹霞山也比較近，值得二刷三刷，值班經理Leon服務很細心周到，感謝。

每年都去幾次，無論衞生，服務，環境都很不錯。晚上聽着昆蟲入睡，早上被鳥兒叫醒。孩子都玩得非常開心，餐廳的出品也很不錯。

中午到達酒店附近，在大橋鎮的小村落逛了一下，逛完再進入酒店，酒店的環境很好，風景優美，空氣都是甜的，這次還升級了客房。下午就泡温泉，主打一個休閑。非常贊值班經理Leon服務很細心周到，我老公忘記帶充電線，Leon馬上送來，全程感受到酒店優質服務！還會再來。

去年來過這泡温泉，覺得蠻不錯的，今年春天在附近看花，繼續入住這家酒店。泡泉是他家的一大特色，依山而建有公共泡池外，別墅房間裏面的泡池也可以看到無敵景色。酒店配套的餐飲也蠻不錯，晚上就在這邊中餐廳一邊飽覽山河景色，一邊吃晚餐，出品真的不錯，跟周邊的農家樂對比，無論出品價格和烹飪水平更勝一籌。真的不用去附近農家樂，直接在酒店用餐更好。
早上還提供了送餐服務，謝謝當天的電瓶車司機，殷勤又憨厚，準時送上早餐到房間。更感謝別墅前台管家劉小姐，服務周到又專業，熱情又細心，酒店的整體服務水平真是一級棒。

本來我們五六點一到被映入眼簾的一幅山水畫深深吸引，感歎酒店沒有定錯。隱藏於在美麗的山水之間，空氣環境真的一流！然而入住酒店後，設施硬件真跟招待所商務賓館一樣，吹風機還是最老舊的，一次性拖鞋薄如蟬翼 不敢穿。浴袍破破爛爛也罷了，因為泡温泉要走挺遠一段路，之前的濕了，於是打電話前台那新的，足足等了近一小時，後來打值班經理電話才送來。預訂的是兩晚，可是晚上睡覺看見床邊一攤的臟垃圾 灰塵 不知道多久沒有打掃 馬桶還有屎漬 果斷十二點退了第二天的房間。早餐可能入住率高，沒有位置 食物靠運氣，不然走哪裡都是空盤。重點温泉泡池幾乎每一個都漂浮着不明物體 白色碎屑。我可以説泡這麼多地方温泉 最差衞生你們酒店嗎？但有一説一二位酒店值班經理的服務態度非常好，熱情！
