I am truly unhappy and overwhelmed with this establishment although it does have some good aspects to it such as …… One being Ellen the receptionist was amazing and such a help to me and my partner couldn’t have asked for any more help from her, two being the young slim blonde lady that was so polite and fast in the restaurant area best waitress by far amazing service, especially that I’ve ever had.And the last being I’m sure the decor would have been amazing if was kept well maintained over there years. However I am unhappy with the fact i stayed Sunday night hoping to try the restaurant Monday night but wasn’t told pre or upon arrival that there was no food in the restaurant , so I had not booked anywhere to eat and left it too late as I was going to go to the restaurant that you Advertised having, Also the room I stayed in…. it was run down , looks nothing like the photos,Definitely false advertisement I would say!, I over heard the house keeping team laughing over making a little girl cry, I assume one of the other cleaning girls. Thirdly the carpets are gross, fourthly there are rats on the decking and in the car park area, which is filthy !!!I have taken pictures of them and will be sending them to whom ever needs to see it !,you also have a swimming pool which is not in use ,I would like to know why? As online it is shown as in use. And lastly I find the cleaners around the building very rude apart from the blonde lady that did smile oppose to all the other cleaners that just turned and showed me there back. Overall I would say this establishment HAS falsely advertised. And made their own little fairy world online. I wouldn’t usually complain about anything like this but it is an extortionate price that for one I can say I will not be conned into again!!!! I have included a picture I took of a dead rat on the decking, I took this picture on my way out but I can assure you the car park and restaurant decking is heaving with rats!!!
