The heating/cooling unit was extremely loud. Although the property sits right next to I5, the sound proofing was excellent. But the heater was old antiquated and very loud. Throughout the note you are woken up.

They room I reserved (A King Bed) was given to another patron. By the time I arrived around 8:00 pm to check in the only rooms left were queen beds. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, however it was not what I was expecting and wasn't at all sure how my reservation was given to someone else. Overall, a good stay though.

We always enjoy our time at LaQuinta Vancouver.
This time there was a problem with the toilet in room 120.
It ran constantly and then sprayed water all over the floor.
The toilet needs to be replaced as well as the flooring from prior water dsmage. There is also a musty smell in the bathroom from prior problems.
The staff were on top of the problem and fixed things enough that it did not impair our stay.

My wife and I got a room for a people with special needs, even though we didn't need it. The sink was a torn from the wall, water was leaking from under the toilet and there was always a puddle in the bathtub. There were no vanities, instead there were some strange homemade shelves.
The room, bed, fridge, floor and table were good Fast and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Enough parking lots. Beautiful entrance holl

Other than how unfriendly the evening check in lady was this hotel was great. Best La Quinta we have stayed at, rooms are clean, breakfast was good and the pool was a nice temperature. Just need some friendlier staff at night and a hot tub and I’d give them a 5/5.

Sheets were like crepe paper and bed was hard. Bathroom was outdated and needed renovation.
