Our 6 night stay in this budget hotel was outstanding - the rooms were large and very clean and the staff were all friendly and provided excellent customer service. Our Studio S room had a king size and twin bed, a nice kitchenette with a 2 burner stove top for cooking meals and a small dining table. Only thing missing was a microwave. There were 3 large cabinets for storing our clothes as well as our food. Easy 10 min walk from the Celerina train station and 5 min to the bus stop. A free local transportation pass, including all mountain lifts, was provided by the hotel - an excellent value. There were 3 free clothes washers and dryers on our floor. Our room was located on the second floor and on the back of the building. Unfortunately, the shop located across from our room created alot of noise starting about 7 am - but we were getting up early so it was not an issue. Highly recommend this hotel.

A charming hotel, clean and modern rooms. There are 3 different restaurants which looked very very nice. I need to come back next time, especially to the steak house. We only had breakfast, which was very tasty. Different kind of fresh artisanal bred and Zopf, fresh smothies, local cheese, fruits and many more. The coffee was excellent (I love good espresso), but also tea was offered in a large variety. The omelet was complementary and made with mountain cheese and tomatoes. We could cut ourselves fresh dried ham from the Berkel machine - very cool! The hotel ist just next to the nordic ski track and they offer a shuttle (or 10min walk) to the alpine resort. Thank you very much for the excellent service and very kind staff. We will come again

Last week, after 2016 and 2017, we were again for a week to ski in St. Moritz. Basis for skiing on the very well prepared paths in Corviglia and Corvatsch was again the Youth Hostel. The friendliness and helpfulness of all staff from the reception through the kitchen to the service was remarkable. We stayed at the Carlton for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed much longer. We have booked a spacious Junior Suite with 65 sqm, but the hotel actually offers pretty large rooms throughout their categories and they all have a perfect view over the lake and the valley. The design of the rooms and suites is definitely something else and not your standard design. It is just great to soak up this extravagant atmosphere. Our room was in excellent shape as if the hotel just opened yesterday. From arrival with the hotel's Bentley limousine service at the train station until departure all the staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Once arriving at the Carlton you immediately feel a sense of relaxation as the hotel and the team manage to put you in a vacation mindset straight away. Currently breakfast is served a la carte and includes a variety of dishes where everybody will find something they like. Quality and presentation are excellent. Definitely a highlight and a must visit is the Italian restaurant Da Vittorio which has earned 2 Michelin stars. We enjoyed a spectacular tasting menu which was our best dining experience in our lives so far. Both the quality and presentation of the food, but also the service team were remarkable. All in all, we will never forget our amazing stay at the Carlton and will definitely be back in the future!!!

Awesome stay. The room was cozy, warm and very alpine feeling. The bathroom also had a bath so we enjoyed that too and it had everything to make your winter holiday dreams reality. Would totally reccomend it.
