We tried steak tartare, pork medallions, pelmeni, beef stroganoff - all very tasty. After exploring the historical city by foot, it was amazing to return to the peaceful oasis of our suite. Even for a wonderful and unexpected surprise from the hotel team in honor of my birthday in the form of a bottle of champagne, fresh fruit and delicious cake. The cozy room is equipped with everything necessary, the bed is very comfortable, excellent staff service, room cleaning was done daily. Luxurious breakfasts with red caviar, fresh juices, a buffet and plus an additional dish can be ordered. Good location! We were very satisfied!

The hotel is located on the banks of our favourite Griboyedov canal in a fairly quiet area. Within a walking distance of New Holland. The center is as far away as you would not want to walk on a rainy day. The rooms are spacious and clean. Cleaning, change of towels were every day. Responsive staff. Breakfast was included in the price. There were porridges, meat, fish and fruit. Everyone could choose their breakfast according to their mood. We were quite satisfied with our stay at the hotel / (Rus) Отель расположен на берегу полюбившегося нам канала Грибоедова в достаточно тихом районе. В пешей доступности - Новая Голландия. До центра далеко настолько, насколько в ненастную походу не хотелось бы идти пешком. Номера просторные, чистые. Уборка, смена полотенец каждый день. Отзывчивый персонал. Завтрак у нас был включен в стоимость проживания. Были и каши, и мясо, и рыба, и фрукты. Каждый мог выбрать себе завтрак по настроению. В общем, остались довольны пребыванием в отеле.

The reception was also very warm and stayed for two nights. The room for me was with a small balcony, which was a small surprise. Breakfast can be delivered to the room or to the bar on the first floor. One person is also very careful. The only thing that feels not very good is that there is a step to carry luggage up the door. The elevator is very small, but this is also because of the old building. The room decoration is not bad, and the room size is not small, personally recommended.

Номер чистый, просторный, проблем с размещением чемоданов и одежды нет. Постели с удобными матрасами и приятным бельем, туалетная комната с хорошей сантехникой. Тщательная уборка проводилась по мере необходимости по согласованию. Завтрак – шведский стол – качественный и достаточно разнообразный. Персонал вежливый и предупредительный. В отеле нет лифта, но на ресепшене предлагают помощь в подъеме багажа до номера. Рядом с отелем расположены ресторанчик и кафе с хорошей кухней. При следующем приезде в Питер остановимся в этом отеле.

Noisy ( ship tours that blade you will dream ), the air conditioner didn't work , the hotel administrators were just horror. The story was Saturday early morning , and just wanted to sleep before lunch . The girl on the respiratory first surprised the price I announced from Yandex ( apparently counting on another ) but it was nothing . Then she starts to say we had a settlement earlier , it was 7 a.m. . I explain that we leave at 4:00 and we won't stay for a day . So the amount for a day that we pay for 8 hours is quite acceptable . She did not react, well, I thought . The documents were decorated on my husband and he certainly gave to sign , at 7am few read what signs ( and should ! ) We come , showers and I seem to have fallen asleep . And at 12 bells to the door , in perplexity we wake up , in the doors another girl is already saying you are evicted at 12 ! My perplexity was bordered with anger of undersomething and hatred of stupidity and lack of banal respect for their guests . I am bare in the door standing and explaining to the lady that I only arrived at 7 and said we would leave at 16( said her replacement) and naturally said to let them just sleep . Drinked tea , lay back . And after 15 minutes of the call , my replacement said she told you about 12:00 . And you have also signed a document )))) Naturally disputes and raw me are not satisfied with the state of insomnia , and even in a day to pay for such attitude simply did not allow conscience . If there was a human attitude and ability to go to meet your guests , I probably think it would all be decided . I put fat 1! I don't recommend from the word at all ! And I will spread this review across all platforms . I would learn to serve . I saw such a review here . So I'm sure now that this is not a single case !

It is a luxury hotel but it has an excellent location. A supermarket is open 24hs, and there are also restaurants and cafeterias. It is 5min from Hermitage and Neva. A square from the metro station and the Av. NEVSKI. The hotel has a very good breakfast but serves it in a coffee outside the hotel (a few steps). It is basic but gives you coffee, toast, fruit, egg. The bad thing: the receptionists' attention is bad. Very little predisposition and in some cases even unhappy. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. It is not air conditioned and is a city with moisture, for the summer they put up fans. In conclusion, for a few days and a low cost trip is acceptable. It doesn't give more than that.
