We lived in the luxe vip room, for 2 nights gave 74 thousand without breakfast. The room itself is large , comfortable, there is everything you need, the mini bar satisfied all the needs. Of the downsides , the room is dark , the view in the atrium, the daylight is not enough and there is no mirror in the parish , which is very uncomfortable . To get to the mirror , you need to go through the whole room and because of the dark, you will not consider yourself very much. The hotel is located on the banks of our favourite Griboyedov canal in a fairly quiet area. Within a walking distance of New Holland. The center is as far away as you would not want to walk on a rainy day. The rooms are spacious and clean. Cleaning, change of towels were every day. Responsive staff. Breakfast was included in the price. There were porridges, meat, fish and fruit. Everyone could choose their breakfast according to their mood. We were quite satisfied with our stay at the hotel / (Rus) Отель расположен на берегу полюбившегося нам канала Грибоедова в достаточно тихом районе. В пешей доступности - Новая Голландия. Завтрак у нас был включен в стоимость проживания. Были и каши, и мясо, и рыба, и фрукты. Каждый мог выбрать себе завтрак по настроению. В общем, остались довольны пребыванием в отеле.

ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.

Booked a hotel for my birthday, chosen by reviews and the number of stars. Specially took the flight to the time of settlement - arrived at the hotel at 13:50. Alexander's staff said the room was not ready and would have to wait. Having waited half an hour and not waited until I was called, she came and finally got the cherished keys from the room. Going there, I experienced a shock - a number that forty minutes was cleaned, it was not cleaned!!!! Dispersed slippers, dirty towels, used toothbrushes, open bathrooms, dirty toilet!!!! , full garbage bucket! And I waited forty minutes, staying in the road! I turned to the repepschen, shook the head and sent to WAIT ALSO! No apology, no compliment, nothing!!! As a result - waited for forty minutes until we were replaced. In addition there was no water cooler downstairs, people on the road wait half an hour without even a chance to refresh! The next day the room was not removed until I came up and asked. The impression of the hotel in three days has not changed. The location and breakfast at the level, attitude and work of the staff are not pulling even one star. We will not return here again. Photo attached, the toilet did not take photos for the safety of the moral health of the readers.

I was happy to return to Alexander House after a fabulous stay last year. The staff are most welcoming and helpful and you are made to feel at home immediately. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable, and the breakfast is worth a trip to St Petersburg alone. I was in the city for the Mariinsky theatre which a short and easy 10 mins walk. I had feared poor weather in February and was prepared to spend much of the trip in doors, thankfully I was able to enjoy the sights but the alternative of spending time in the lounge with a good book would have been a pleasure. I am very much hoping to return again in the near future.

But when the windows are closed, there is almost nothing to hear. There is an air conditioner. Neighbors are not heard at all. Administrators are two aunts who cook breakfast and should clean. Итак, как и обещала «руководству» отеля, возвращаюсь со своим «замечательным» отзывом. В конце ‘22 года было принято решение отметить новый год в Санкт-Петербурге. Основной критерий выбора отеля был наличие парковки, собственно на этом плюсы пребывания в Карелине закончились. Теперь по порядку. При брони несколько раз звонили в отель, уточняя нужные детали, было важно чтобы матрас был цельным, нам сказали, укажите пожелания в комментариях к брони и все будет, утверждая, что инфо 100%. Указали, 30.12 приехали. Нас встретил абсолютно никакой, потасканный ресепшн, но ладно, лишь бы номер был ок. Пошли в номер, вход осуществляется через жилой, обшарпанный подъезд с Вознесенского. Заходим в номер: ⁃ жутко холодно ⁃ ремонт уставший ⁃ МАТРАС (единственная, по сути, просьба) не цельный, а два одиночных. Идем на ресепшн, мы бронировали другое, для нас это было важно, как мы можем решить эту проблему? Администратор на ресепшене неохотно сказала, что никак, потом попыталась что-то «придумать». Переселила нас в другой номер, а окна выходят на Вознесенский и шум такого уровня, будто у тебя открыты буквально все окна. Не то что спать будет невозможно, а даже комфортно тихо общаться. Снова идем на ресепшн, говорим, что жить в таком номере невозможно. На что администратор говорит это все, что есть, у меня сегодня еще заедут гости, так что другие варианты с цельным матрасом вам не доступны) интересно, то есть гостям, кто указывал этот пункт при броне - нет. А другим гостям - да. С учетом того, что было 30.12 забронировать номер в другом месте было проблематично и хотелось решить вопрос на месте. В итоге, нам предлагают номер уровнем ниже, он меньше и в него не входят халаты, только доп стоимость. Стало смешно, уточнили, возможно ли дать нам халаты, с учетом того, что ошибка произошла на стороне отеля и это может быть предоставлено как компенсация. Ответ - нет, хотите халаты, платить 300 руб. за штуку. Клиентоориентированность топ, очень чувствуется как отель нацелен на комфорт гостей. Это было поразительно😂 не столько нужны эти халаты, или жалко было заплатить 300 руб. сколько факт отношения) Для отеля, предоставить гостю халат не несёт абсолютно никаких расходов. Ладно, вернёмся к этому вопросу позже (к слову, мы не сказали, что нам нужны халаты, принесите-мы заплатим), но нам принесли эти халаты по собственному желанию. Что касается номера стандарт (изначально был делюкс): -очень маленький -одежду хранить негде, ни одной полки, все вещи лежали на подоконниках, где сырели от влажности -НИ ОДНОЙ розетки около кровати, на весь номер впринципе одна зона розетки, под ненужным телевизором, плюс ванная комната -душевая кабина устроена таким образом, что после того, как в душ сходило два человека подряд, вода разлилась в коридор словно потоп -Когда 31.12 попросили бокалы для шампанского, нам принесли два разных и отвратительно грязных бокала -из не ужасного, в отеле есть утюг 😂 но дело в том, что из-за отсутствия розетки, ты не можешь погладить

Booked a room in this hotel after a couple of bad nights elsewhere. I expected any developments, but this hotel was pleasantly surprised from the beginning. Bed comfortable, clean fresh clothes, there are all facilities and the price is very pleasant. By the way, I lived for the same money elsewhere, and there was not half as comfortable as here. Plus - breakfasts are on, and very delicious )) the only moment - not all channels on TV worked, so to see something standing is unlikely to work.
