"We were checked in swiftly which is good as we had a function to attend in the late afternoon. The rooms were clean and the internet connection was good. The staff courteous. The bed was comfortable. At breakfast although it was rush the staff ***aged to sit us and waited us well. The breakfast spread was aplenty and tasted good. Overall experience good. "

"I travel-led as a family and booked 2 rooms
1. Ground floor rooms doesn't have balcony. 2. The backyard view is wonderful with the small water stream. 3. The rooms are average but spacious. 4. The hospitality of the istays will make us forget abt the rooms average feel. 5. Parking, camp fire, pure order dinner is available. Our family enjoy the 2days stay."

They have improved a lot in terms of Hospitality.
Rooms are spacious and located at very peaceful place yet near to bus stand.
just Book online and arrive at your convenience.
They are not like other hotels where they make you wait saying,we don't have rooms or we don't accept online booking even after booking it.

"We visited this resort for a staycation and stay at aqua villa with a private pool. The staff were friendly and cooperative. I would recommend that this place is a good pick for a staycation. The property is well maintained and has a good ambience. Even-though we dont get any good view from the room, the property by itself is having a comfortable lawn area and a small recreation centre which can be used positively. The swimming pool is well maintained except for it has many steps which reduced the area to swim. The kids swimming area is well planned. Breakfast was decent and had good spread for a complement. Overall a good place to spend a weekend."

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the center of the city. Even though it's at the city center, it is surrounded by very quite environment. The hotel is maintained very well, the staffs were friendly and it was easy to communicate with them either in hindi or english, unlike other hotels in that region where they speak only regional language. The food hygiene quality was also good and so as the taste. The room service was quick upon request, which was a great help for us. All the view points were near by the hotel so we could cover most of the places during our visit. It's a good hotel to stay during your vacation, it's economical as well.

GGuest UserWe took the luxury villa. The view was excellent. The villa was comfortable. It had a heating machine. The fireplace that comes with the villa costs extra. The staff were courteous. We requested a cake for birthday which was arranged. It was a bit pricey but good. There were dance programs at evenings ***** with a campfire. The resort itself had great scenery for walking. The location is also accessible for many activities. Overall a great stay.

GGuest UserLocated in the heart of Yercaud, this is an all-around excellent place to stay. There are numerous tidy rooms to select from. For a tourist location, the food is really good. They had a well-curated menu for lunch and dinner, and breakfast felt like home cooking. Employees are friendly and courteous.

KkampmannThis hotel has a good location near the New Bus Stand in Salem. It is easy to find. It is inside and no cars are allowed n the steep so we had to walk a few blocks with our luggage check was no problem for us. The staff at the hotel was the most friendly and hospitable. Although they do t have a restraint they offered us room service with tea and coffee every morning. The only issue we had is we had no WiFi reception. The WiFi was not good enough to use in our room. We advised the staff but it never worked for us. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay
