Loved our stay at the Pulse. Family suite was perfect for our large family and very well designed. We had everything we needed and staff was very responsive!

Hotel was very nice and clean. Location was center of everything we wanted to do during our trip. Staff was very friendly. Only oops was the valet completely forgetting to get our car and taking 30m as we stood there waiting.

The hotel is very pleasant. However, if you are renting a car and need to Southpark, it is the strangest parking lot that takes about 20 minutes to get to a parking spot. It’s torturous if you have a large vehicle.

The room was great, the bed was really comfortable and all the staff were courteous and very helpful. We only stayed for a night, but I would definitely stay there again. It was close enough to walk to the Gas Lamp area of downtown, but there is a small hill to walk up coming back. You could always Uber or get a ride on one of the rickshaws. Being that it's in a downtown area, there are transients that are walk around, sleeping, etc. Just be mindful of your surroundings and stick to better lit streets, most left us alone and I never felt in danger. Also, getting in and out of the parking garage is a tight fit. I have a Ram 1500 truck and I fit fine, but some of the turns and spots are tight.

The property is great. It’s clean and everyone is helpful and friendly. The only negative is the street noise and the occasional siren going by at different times.
