"The room hardware and software are very good, and the location is very convenient, in the center of San Jose. The hotel occupancy rate is quite high, the breakfast is good, but the dinner is not recommended, it is very expensive."
"My stay at Country was outstanding. From the moment I stepped into the clean lobby, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The bed was comfortable, ensuring restful nights. Breakfast was a treat. The hotel's location was convenient, totally good choice for me . Actually this is my first hotel review and i satisfied my first time of this"
"It is really convenient to cook, and the oven is oversized. The bed is not as big as the imaginary American bed. Two people will sleep, and the two big ones will be very crowded. Breakfast is ok, there are not many styles, but enough to eat. There are packing boxes, fruits and what can be packed and taken away."

"I've been here a few times, and this time I'm here. The chain has changed the management team from the previous stay bridge, and some services and charging standards are also different. The parking fee is quite surprising to me."
"During my recent trip to San Jose, I had the pleasure of staying at the Sonesta San Jose Airport Hotel. From the onset, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The rooms boasted a modern design, were impeccably clean, and provided all the conveniences essential for a traveler. Its proximity to the airport made travel logistics a breeze, yet the soundproofing was commendable as I had an uninterrupted night's sleep. The hotel's dining options catered to a variety of tastes and were a delightful surprise. For those seeking convenience, comfort, and top-tier service near San Jose Airport, the Sonesta San Jose Airport Hotel is an excellent choice."
"Booked this place as it was a fair price/ location and it said they served a buffet breakfast for an option of $12 a person. After we arrived we found out they don’t have a breakfast buffet or sell breakfast at all which is slightly annoying.
The room was big, comfy bed and really comfy pillows, nice quality bathroom and fridge/ microwave provided.
The gym however is not great, ther was 3 dumbbells all together on the rack but a few good cardio machines"

Very Good
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is a business hotel located in the north of San Jose, in Silicon Valley. The sanitation is good, the facilities are good, the 4th floor where I stayed today is much better than the 3rd floor where I stayed last week, the shower faucet has a very strong water flow. The breakfast is good.
YYonghu7299321The room is relatively large, the bed is estimated to be around 130. There is a coffee machine, refrigerator, TV, desk, small coffee table and wardrobe in the room. The shower room is large and the double basin is very comfortable to use.
But the breakfast is too bad. The staple food every day is potato cubes and egg paste. It is too unpalatable. Is it possible to have better food for a night with more than 1,000 yuan?
It has its own parking lot with multiple cameras in the small yard. There are plenty of parking spaces. There is still a spot when you come back at 11pm. The hotel is pet-friendly. I have encountered a huge dog that scared the baby to death.
GGuest UserSafe and clean, there is a large parking lot, there are Chinese food and Chinese supermarkets not far from the surrounding area, this still meets my needs, the room is quite big, overall it is not bad.
LLilyiyiBreakfast is an American simple meal. I like it. Coffee, biscuits and tea are always available in the lobby. It is very atmospheric. The chocolate coconut biscuits are really delicious. The room is comfortable and suitable for family use. It has a microwave, refrigerator, utensils and utensils. Recommended and the price is reasonable.
格格施塔德张昭The parking fee is five dollars per car per night! Breakfast is also ok, because of special circumstances, I can only pack it back to the room to eat! California Order: All people fight against new lung sputum infection on the spot.
Ccaicaimao12528A taxi from the station is very close, there are many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself is good, the price is acceptable but the problem is that the actual charge does not match the time of booking, and no receipt or confirmation of the order has been received.

GGuest UserA lot more than what meets the eye when you first pull in! Rooms were very spacious, breakfast was ok except they didn't have the waffle machine working that was sitting on there on the counter, which was kind of big bummer. They also have a full bar but it was closed for whatever reason and not stocked at all. The breakfast and bar were the main reasons we booked this hotel too.
Oh and one last thing, someone at the front desk apparently ”accidentally” set off the FIRE ALARM in the entire hotel. At about 1:30AM the fire alarm sirens started blaring. I didn't smell smoke and didn't see or hear any panic when I went outside. I came out of our room and looked down the hallways and there was NO ONE to be found... Searched around (all while deafening sirens are blaring right outside our door) at 1AM and all of a sudden, after about 5 or so minutes of frantically trying to find a fire or anything, the sirens stopped. Extremely confused and also a bit irritated at 2am, we called the front desk after not hearing anything from anyone about if we were in danger or not. They answered finally and we told them that the fire alarm had been going off... The front desk person said ”Yes, we know, we took care of it.” Like it's a normal occurrence and we should've known I guess... So, confused again, we asked ”Sooo, was it just an accident?” And all they replied with was ”Yes.” Without so much as an apology. And that was that
So, be prepared, if staying here, that might happen! Just forewarning. 🤷
GGuest UserGenerally, the conditions of the motel are not good enough to go there, there are basic facilities, you can wash your bath, you can sleep for one night, don't have too high requirements.
GGuest UserThe room was nice but unprepared for anyone to be in the room. There were no sheets or blankets for the other bed not were there any other towels than 2 face towels for a 3 night stay and 2 guests. The woman at the front desk was less than helpful upon our arrival and had an attitude the entire time we were talking to us and just threw us in a room stating that she ”doesn't know what they {management} are going to do tomorrow since there are no more rooms now. Oh well”. Thankfully, though, we were able to get towels from the front desk the next day of our stay and he was much kinder and was willing to help us. Other than the first person we encountered on our stay and lack of other amenities, the rest of our stay was a good one.
GGuest UserI got in late the first night and did not notice how dirty abs stained the carpet is. This hotel room really needs to be fixed up. The drawers are dirty too. Somebody spilt liquid and it ran down the front. Never got cleaned.
The metal bar that opens closed the door to hall way is hanging down abs prevents the door from opening I had to push it up with my hand to get the door open.
I would move but I’m exhausted after work.
