Thanks to the Ctrip staff for promptly coordinating the check-in time and adjusting the quiet room. The staff at the front desk of the hotel has a young lady who has a good professionalism, so I asked the staff to connect to the Wi-Fi in time

Everybody was very helpful, and the breakfast was exquisite, it is a full hot breakfast with gallo pinto and the works. The only thing I did not like is that it is a bit away from everything including places to eat at a walking distance, but it was just perfect otherwise.

The staff is very kind, courteous and professional. The hotel and room are clean and spacious. Big problem, however: location of hotel is terrible! No way you can walk to any place to eat, see, etc. It’s adjacent to a busy highway; the back of the hotel faces an industrial area filled with dump trucks, tractors, etc. You have no choice, but to get a taxi if you want to visit any place even if just one mile away. Very unsafe to walk around the area. Unfortunately, the hotel uses deceptive pictures on their website which only show the facade of the building, rooms, restaurant, etc. It would tell a different story if they showed pictures of the street and neighborhood.

Front Desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
First room I was checked in into the A/C did not work.
The engineer was very friendly.
Second room was better, there was a "mushroom" growing below the A/C. The room carpets need deep cleaning or replacing. The shower gel dispenser did not work very well. Some areas in the room could use more paint and TLC. The restaurant and lobby are OK. Shirley and restaurant staff are very friendly.
Great breakfast food and coffee and green juice.

Didn’t like the check in process. Flight arrived early. Although we were able to drop off our luggage at the front counter we waited till 3 to checked in. We were then told at 3 pm that rooms not ready and it could take upto and hour and a half to two before it could be ready. It was a long day already and we were expecting to be in our room sooner than later. The guy at reception was not friendly . Katherine at front counter was great and so were the kitchen crew. Thanks
